Had an alignment booked with national tyres/Halfords as I'm new to the area and was in a rush due to fitting a lot of steering and suspension components, arrived and they turn me away stating that they could not work on my 9 year old Passat because it had adaptive cruise, stated it would cause my dash to light up like a Christmas tree.

I searched on google and found a company called Car Tyre World, booked an appointment and spoke to a lady who had excellent customer service skills, even took time to find out if there would be an issue with an alignment on my car, which there wasn't. Attended my appointment the garage was very busy, but I was still greeted and not ignored. I am extremely happy with the service that was provided, I noticed while waiting that even customers without appointments were being seen or given waiting times, which in my mind is excellent customer service. All I can say is what an excellent garage this is, thank you very much, my car doesn't drive like a sailing ship anymore.

Nice clean workshop friendly staff.Very busy workshop so expect a brief delay to get seen too but your in the best hands. Plenty of tyre options available and can possibly order your make to match your vehicle.

Superb service! had a puncture on my tyre, thought i had to get the tyre replaced but they patched it up, happy days. I will use them again next time.

After a short wait in the warm reception area my punctured tyre was fixed by a helpful young man who dealt with me efficiently.
It took about 25 minutes from driving in and I was delighted by the price. Will use again!

He went the extra mile to give help and advice.
Although I'm not mechanically minded I felt the whole experience was very good.The staff professional and friendly and the prices very fair.
I would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends and neighbours.

Been to car tyre world today got 4 tyres fitted on my x3 not understanding the car or what needed to be fitted I’ll admit I’m useless there have saved me a lot of money in the long run and helped me understand my car needed star marked tyres I was informed that this would save damage to my gear box which I was never told about any where else I would highly recommend this garage my car is like a different car it drives a 100% better, everyone in this garage is helpful and couldn’t do enough would always recommend to anyone

My tyre kept going down so took it in to get it checked, they looked at it and there was a crack on my alloy wheel they told me to take it to prm fabrications and end of road , tyre world put my spare on took tyre off alloy so I could take it to prm I took wheel back next day and they put tyre back on alloy wheel brilliant service would recommend

Communication before the job was on point, job done quickly and efficiently, and Liam was kind and explained what he was doing, as I was interested about it.

I'm not saying I'd like for my tyre to blow again, but if it did, I'd call them again without hesitation.

Called in to get a price for some new tyres. Got 4 fitted very fast, in and out under 20 minutes. And cheap. Highly recommended will be back when I need to replace them. Thank you very much.
