Me and my husband only come across the store by chance visiting the area. We were so impressed by their employee Nick that we came back to the store to order our mattress by making a special trip to the area.. Nick was an excellent member of the company, he was very welcoming and extremely informative with his knowledge of the store products, he went above and beyond to assist us, he was able to answer all of our questions, did not rush us at all. Very pleased with the customer services from them.

Just had Tom and Mark? In laying carpet on the landing/stairs and snug, what a fablus hard working pair, Tom worked constantly on getting the carpets down with Mark? Keeping it all sorted and looked after.

Visited this store a few days ago with my Mum to buy a recliner chair. Really impressed by the customer service. Nick was friendly and helpful, listened to what was needed and had loads of product knowledge and advice, without being at all pushy. The store has a massive selection of furniture, with some amazing room sets, well laid out. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Superb Service.
I visited the Coleford showroom today with a dear friend of mine in her 80's. Nick was wonderful and my months of cajoling to actually get her there was rewarded with her buying a much needed recliner chair and some new bedding. Nick was patient and witty and she eventually succumbed to his charm. In her words 'such a nice young man'. Many thanks Nick.

My husband and I visited the showroom yesterday to look at beds. We were looked after by Nick who was happy to fully explain the different types of mattresses available etc. We were encouraged to try out the ones which most suited our requirements and were even offered a cup of coffee. At no time were we put under any pressure but Nick was always there to answer our numerous queries which he did with good humour . Needless to say we did make a purchase.

Extremely prompt response to my initial visit to look at riser/recliner chairs, with two models delivered to my home for the housebound user to compare them. Clear and patient demonstrations given for each chair. Friendly staff. Excellent follow-up customer services.

Me and my mum have been a customer for years, they always have great service and are super friendly, I recently purchased a Harrison Spinks matress from their new showroom and I couldn't be happier.

I suggest anyone interested to give them a call and see for yourself why so many of their customers come back year after year.

Wonderful service. And in my opinion unbeatable .
Recently bought a riser recliner chair for my husband from Fairways and have been so impressed by their splendid staff and indeed every aspect of the transaction.
In short , after making an enquiry.............a similar chair was , within a few days,brought all the way to Lincoln for my husband to try and the actual chair subsequently purchased , with our choice of fabric, was delivered and in situ just about two weeks later.
Were unfortunate enough to have a problem with a sudden loss of power some days after the chair had been in use but one phone call to Coleford and three days later another visit and the chair back in action within minutes.
Pleased to be able to write this review.

I bought a divan base from these lovely people after having an absolute disaster from ordering online elsewhere, and they delivered it to me not 5 minutes after I arrived home, really wonderful and friendly service, couldn't recommend them more highly!

visited Fairways a couple of weeks ago looking for a recliner chair. Spoke with Nick about my requirements and received good honest advice, no pressure selling. Chair was delivered a couple of days ago and fully meets my expectations, it's excellent. I fully recommend Fairways.

They couldn't do enough to ensure i got the furniture wanted and the Delivery was spot on with an free assembly service to the specific room I wanted.
