Great in store service.
I popped into the store while visiting family in Coleford over Christmas period.
I wanted a slip on exhaust and I must admit I was rather indecisive on which to go for. Nothing was too much trouble and a number of exhausts from their stock were brought down.
Finally went for Termignoni GP Classic and looking forward to fitting it.

Had one of the best customer experiences with this store. I had ordered a windscreen for my Suzuki GSX-S 125 in a clear colour. Turns out they didn't have one in stock but got a very friendly call for on the chaps there telling the situation, and asked if I would be satisfied with a slightly different colour (light smoke), which I was fine with.
I then got another call later one checking whether it was a issue that the part I had order had some slight scratches on the mounts where it had clearly been test fitted in the factory, which as far as I'm concerned is something I would have not batted an eye at, but the fact the MPS had contacted me about it was just fantastic customer service so 5 stars hands down.
Parts came very well packaged as well.

OUTSTANDING! Great people to deal with, expert advice. They even tell you not to buy something if they don't think you really need it. Just because it's not on their website does not mean they can't get it for you, just ask. 5 Stars isn't enough, wish I could give more.

Bought a retro styled Puig semi faring screen for a Honda CB1000RA-K to deflect the wind when riding motorway speeds. Item took about a month to receive which I think is probably reasonable at the moment. Motorcycle Performance Store communicated well whilst I was waiting and the item was received nicely packaged and intact.

The screen was relatively easy to fit and does seem secure on the bike so far. The screws at the base of the screen are touching the bikes dash display so I have added some cushioning in-between to avoid any damage. The transfers were a bit more fiddly but molded to the contours of the screen after some persistence and seem to fit better when warmed up a bit. The other thing I noticed is that the screen and transfers had BMW R-nine-T marked on them but they fit so can only assume the parts are shared.

The screen is effective at deflecting wind off your chest and makes riding easier in my opinion. I also like the way it looks on the bike although bikers who want their naked bikes 'naked' won't like it as its a substantial screen compared to others you can get.

I would recommend this product if you want to defect wind when riding and don't mind having a screen on your naked bike.

Motorcycle Performance Store communicated well and updated me promptly when I queried the delivery date. The product was received a couple of days after the expected delivery date using a courier which I diverted to a local pick up point.

After waiting for months for a supplier to send me a new screen which I ordered, I cancelled my order and placed it with these guys. From the very first call to receiving my part they kept me informed. I would highly recommend them and not hesitate to use them again.

Great customer service. Ordered a puig dark smoked screen for my bike and within an hour received a call to say there were stock issues with that particular product. I was given a range of options to best suit what I would like to do next including refund, a different product or wait on the one I ordered. I decided to wait and was kept up to date with the order status. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again ! Well done

Absolutely deserving of 5 stars! I dropped in on the offchance I could pick up an exhaust for my bike. I was given some really useful advice, a very fair price, and ended up chatting about bikes for about an hour I think. As well as the friendly, helpful service in the shop, what really stood out to me as stellar service was how they dealt with a mistake - we were having a cracking conversation about bikes and the roads around Coleford, and ended up with me being handed the wrong box. This was an easy mistake to make as the exhaust was packed in a plan box, which I didn't spot until getting home to Bristol. I dropped them an email, within 10 minutes I had a phonecall from James. I was half expecting the standard "apologies for any inconvenience we may have caused, please post it back". What actually happened was a genuine apology from James and an offer of Steve to personally drive a replacement to me in Bristol (a 2 hour round trip)!

Mistakes happen, what really sets James and Steve apart from other places is how they reacted to that mistake. They couldn't have done any better. I'll definitely be going back.

TLDR: Customer service bang on, friendly, good prices. Go there!

Ordered slip on exhaust and air filter on Friday arrived on Monday.

I ordered a Puig windshield for a BMW R1200RS because the reviews and description matched what I want for a screen. With the order I left a note explaining that I needed the screen urgently for a forthcoming trip. Within just a few hours James phoned me to explain the one I'd ordered was out of stock but they did have stocks of a screen that would probably be better suited for my needs and, for an added benefit was cheaper!

After agreeing to change to the other product a refund for the difference was processed immediately and I received the screen the following morning, allowing plenty of time to fit it before I embarked on a long tour to Europe.

I cannot fault the level of service and will return in the future when I need something else for the bike.

Was kept updated on delivery times, James also phoned to confirm when I would receive my order and arrived no problem. Would highly recommend and will use again

My headlamp protector was dispatched quickly, arrived promptly, was of very good quality and took 2 minutes to fit securely. Great product and service.

Ordered a Puig euro semi faring for my CB1000R and was kept informed about all matter relating to manufacturing and delivery. Sent emails on Friday night and got replies very quickly. Everything arrived when they said and was complete. Delighted with comms and service and would use again.

Very good service, sent email to explain that there would be a short delay to delivery of my product; much appreciated. My new screen arrived shortly afterwards, fitted straight on no problem and looks a treat!

Received good advice regarding a Puig replacement screen for my 1290 SA. Screen arrived on time and was well protected in the mail order packaging. More than happy to recommend these guys and use their services again.
