Open long hours which suits workers, Good selection of groceries, very good range of herbs & spices. Always pleased with their butchery section. . Several Self-service checkouts which is why I like shopping there... Helpful staff. Don't forget, Discount Tuesdays for the Silver Shoppers!

Better quality food than its next-door neighbour, opening times are more appropriate and I'm sorry, Ldls really isn't cheap any more! Plus if you're on your own like me, you don't have to stand with your basket of 10 items in a huge queue of people with trolleys overspilling as the Coop have actually bothered putting in self-service!

Always come here when we holiday in the Forest of Dean. Friendly, helpful staff. Good range of produce and the fresh foods are generally high quality and last well. Felt very well looked after today given the current Covid situation. Trolley wiped down by a staff member as I entered the store and easy access to hand sanitiser. Straight forward one way system in place with patient staff keeping things flowing safely and efficiently. A great place to shop 😉

What a lovely mid sized co-op and with a cafe too! Well stoked shelves and selling Homebase and garden goods too, cafe seemed to be a good meeting place for some locals. Don't have them as nice as this one where I am from 130 miles away in the north west.

The Coop takes a lot of stick in recent years, but for me it is an excellent store. Staffed by people who talk to you, and are helpful.

But I think it's ridiculous to be selling Christmas packaged mince pies that are past best-before date well before Christmas. Supermarkets generally need to stop taking customers for mugs.

This store is now my local big coop, after the one in Cinderford closed. This store is fairly well stocked and with plenty of staff. Parking is plentiful.

A clean, tidy, friendly store. The front of store is one big window which makes for great light in the place and a really pleasant coffee shop.

Great selection of stuff, have always had good Covid measures in place, always plenty of checkout staff who are very friendly.

Being my local large food store, I use the Coleford co-op regularly. It has most of the items we need and the staff are always friendly.
