Visited this store yesterday and it's great! We went to the cafe and their food was lovely. We also visited the foodhall and picked up some groceries and they even sold insulated big bags which we shall reuse for a picnic! I would definitely recommend this store if you want a great M&S with friendly staff.

A young lady called Katherine never stopped working whilst I visited the cafe

She replenished tge cutlery, served food cleared and cleaned tables

She was pleasant, obliging and polite at all times

I love this shop. The staff are extremely helpful, if they don't have what I am looking for, I can order it in store by an assistant and have it delivered to the store promptly. I also love the food hall. Good choice and a decent size food hall.

Just visited at 09:00 and it’s the best time for easy parking and the store is quite and fully stock. Staff as ever friendly and attentive, if required

Had a Sparks offer of free bar of Swiss Milk Chocolate which wasn't in stock. Irene (who often serves us) on the checkout told us any Swiss bar was on offer and went and got us a bar of hazelnut chocolate. Can't ask for better service than that.

The staff in the store and cafe are always very friendly. Nice cafe upstairs to have Tea and meet up before doing some more shopping.

Kingston Park very helpful to sort a refund transaction on an item I purchased the day before there. Having been in Metrocentre today they were unhelpful on my returning the item and Manager told me to go where I purchased it as the receipt didn't show the item. Metrocentre could've done it said Kingston Park Manager, thank you!

I would like to thank Jill who is the member of staff and 3 other lovely ladies who were shoppers. My husband was taken ill on our way out of the shop. Jill quickly organised a wheelchair and with the help of the other ladies got him into our car. Thank you all, he's now on the MEND..

Would like to give a massive thank to Jess in clarks, i took my son to have his feet measured for new school shoes which is a not fun at the best of times but with a child that has sensory issues can be a nightmare Jess couldn't have been more helpful if she tried she was so patient and made the whole process a pleasant experience we left with new shoes, happy, calm and with no tears

Great shop and especially excellent customer service from Jenn in ladies fashion. I don't know how many times this lovely lady was back and forth to the changing rooms with different sizes and styles of the various items of clothing i had taken in but nothing was too much trouble for her! Greatly appreciated and one very happy customer!

Staff here are mostly very very very helpful & friendly. The store is spacious. My 1 gripes is the disabled changing room, it’s at the end of the changing rooms, past all the other able bodied changing cubicles, & they don’t allow men in, understandable & I agree, but when you’re in a wheelchair & you need help & the only person around is your Male partner what are you to do?! I don’t always want a strange female helping me on & off with various items of clothing. Although there is a buzzer there for those who are happy to call for staff help.
I’d rather try to do it myself or have the hubs help me. I tend to look at stuff in the flesh & then order online & collect & try at home where possible. Collection option is great. Online app is good too.

"Saint Michael"
We called in to get a cake for our daughters in a bit of a dash and got to Michael's till which had no queue - only to suddenly be told abruptly by a female staff member that she was going to have a lady with a piled up basket push in front of us. So instead of quickly just going through with our one item we had to wait for this lady to unload over 20 items, pack and pay. We really were quite gobsmacked at the poor customer service. Until that is Michael made amends with an apology and a very professional and courteous attitude. He is a credit to the store and saved two customers as we were on the verge of just leaving the cake and not coming back again.

The whole store was very quiet which is worrying as I read yesterday that M&S are planning on closing more stores. However it was Monday and after 6pm and also very cold outside which tends to put shoppers off.We were able to buy all the groceries we went for and they were upto M&S usual high standard and I also bought a pair of trousers with my 20% discount coupon. Thank you.

A good size store, clean, tidy & well stocked. All the staff are very friendly & welcoming, especially in the food hall, which has a vast selection of products, I'd give it a 10 out of 10 for quality & service.

Just popped in for a newspaper.
The store sells both mens, womens and children's clothing, they also do a range of household items on the first floor, I think.
They also have a grocery store which seems to be very popular.
At the self serve tills they clean down after each use so a little delay is to be expected but its nothing to make a fuss over

Visited to swap out the size of some trousers that had been ordered online.

Lady behind the counter was incredibly helpful and friendly. More than accommodating with my needs.

Today in the Kingston Park M&S cafe, we took my son for some food after not being very well for a few days. After eating and getting ready to leave my son projectile vomited his mac and cheese all over himself, the table and floor in the cafe. My husband and I, frantically reaching for napkins and trying to calm and upset 2 year old were greeted by a fantastic member of staff, I believe her name was Nicola. Nicola brought over a roll of paper to help clean up, bags for my little boys clothes and even nipped into the main shop to retrieve a top and pair of jeans to change my little lad into. She helped clean and talk to my son, making an unavoidable and slightly embarrassing situation into something less traumatic. We were so greateful for all the help and what a wonderful lady you have working in your team there. So if Nicola reads this, thank you again. Helping us was so kind and hope you are truly praised for your costomer services, I always thank people who are nice to me, but I can't actually thank you enough for helping my son and how sweet you were to him. will absolutely return.
Thanks again!

Its an M & S what can I say. Only thing that was a nightmare was when we collected our Turkey...it was bad. No signs stating where to go, that you had to "book in" lol before you got your order. No one was at the "book in" desk so people's orders weren'y ready so after waiting in a queue for a while and getting turned away at counter to go and "book in" then join the queue AGAIN...think that was bad and not properly organised. I think had the person stayed on thd "book in" desk and better signage than it eould've been a better service all round for customers and staff.

Excellent M&S hiding out of the way at the top of Kingston park. It's very cool and spacious, they also have a cafe. It's what ever M&S should adhere to but sadly you end up with the mess that is the one in Eldon Square.

This is where it's at if you want a sneaky meal for two that costs the equivalent of a small mortgage for a two bedroom flat in Berkshire. Ooh yeah.

What a difference to Silverlink. Well organised for safety ( clear distancing signs, sanitizer at regular stations, excellent meet and greet - I could go on) and plenty of pay points open manned by competent helpful staff.
M&S as you'd expect.
