O2 Shop Newcastle

Just want to say massive thank you to Aysha and Luke for their amazing customer service! They both went above and beyond for me upgrading my new phone and transferring everything over from my old phone ! They were extremely polite friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother to them and you could tell they were just happy to help! Thank you so much guys for everything, absolutely loving my new phone !! Was in here at the beginning for a Switch up and an unexpected upgrade. Luke was fantastic very helpful, very polite and very knowledge and accommodating for what we wanted. 10/10 customer service

I believe the manager is called Raoul who has obviously trained his staff well, I would always like to see him but I suppose he manages now.

I had an awful experience in the Durham store, which was not bettered by customer service on the phone. I went into the Newcastle branch and they were amazing! Safiya and Luke helped me out massively, doing whatever they could to make sure I was not paying a fortune whilst travelling and using my phone. Thank you so much!

Got my daughter a phone and contract for Christmas. Shop was pretty busy but when I was eventually seen the assistant was very helpful and got me connected and sorted out quickly.
They have a good selection and were not pushy with the added extras once I said no, plenty of phone and contract options and I easily found one to suit her.

I went in looking to save money on my monthly tariff. The most helpful, knowledgable and friendly member of staff called China recommending going onto a new Sim only deal which saved me £10 a month. She did everything for me and I was on my way within 15 minutes. Massive credit to her 👏

I recently switched providers and opened a new contract. The man who served me (I don’t know his name sorry!!) was super friendly and helpful and showed me various deals and options which I could choose from. I went in another time to also get assistance getting my phone unlocked (a very quick process!). Generally, the staff are friendly and attentive, and if they see you wandering around they will always offer to help, yet they don’t smother you. The shop itself is also well organised and very easy to find.

Lovely clean shop. Staff very helpful. Staff member showed daughter details of new phone. He was excellent. We did have an appointment which was spot on.

After a nightmare week of fruitless phone calls yo Virgin, it was a delight to sit down face to face with a staff member ( Nathalie) who was patient and kind and went out of her way to help me. I'm never signing up for a virtual service for anything again. Face to face customer service is the only way.

My last visit to the 02 shop in Newcastle resulted in my problems being resolved and some of them were vitally important regarding the potential loss of data. I found the staff to be friendly and extremely attentive doing everything they could to help me.

Very helpful staff who sorted out a text message I had received. I have been using O2 since it was BTCellnet in 1997 and have never had any cause to complain. I would recommend O2 to everyone. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic service Simon and his team were absolutely brilliant they managed to fix my fault on my new Samsung phone within minutes ,I'd purchased the phone at another branch of 02 and wasnt happy with the service i received. I went to a different branch the 02 shop in newcastle they couldn't have been more helpful I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
