Toolstation Newcastle Denton

I needed a toilet tank flush, but found it confusing since there was a few different sizes in there, Monica who was serving me asked a colleague, that had said he's not a plumber. She went out of her way to find someone who knew plumbing, but he wasn't available.She helped me with the best of her knowledge to get the right one which was a perfect match for my toilet tank.
Her manager should be proud of her and she is a credit to the tool station!

Always have good stuff in at low prices every-time I head down, always try and get served by drew as the young lad has such a good knowledge of all products and is happy to help and point me in the right direction with plumbing, electrics, painting and all that carry on. Honest to god what a lovely lad he is. Team is brilliant and always efficient. Thanks you

Collected a new drill about 30min after text massage to say it was ready and waiting.
6 in queue (2m apart) took 10minutes. Given the circumstances of Covid-19 the collection point is well managed. I think that's worth recommending the staff and branch.

Great click and collect service during the current government lockdown measures. Well organised at the branch to ensure customers had their collection text and managed to maintain the safe distance whilst waiting in the queue and when collecting your order.

Went in today lovely assistant Drew helped me get some screws I was after for a cupboard and recommended snap screws because of the length I needed he went above and beyond and actually snapped the amount of screws I needed to the length I needed can't thank him enough. Sorry if you ended up with a sore hand I did when I done some at home lol

Ordered click and collect from scotswood branch also the denton branch .got a fast notification ti pick goods up .both branches could not be more helpfull .very nice happy staff .i ordered different types of bulbs from cool white screw in .and bayonet to gu10 30 in all .not a fault in any pack wich is rare with many firms would def recomend .

Have used click and collect regularly before and during lockdown. So convenient and easy to use. Mags who served me was lovely, a credit to the company.

I cant say I have been to another toolstation.
I have had a house project going on for about 18 months now and.i am coming to completion, did most of the project myself.
i have found the toolstation guys really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
yeah so the staff are great - the store generally has everything I want or a suitable alternative the staff i would now call friends and their is a great range from cheap to expensive. Great Job Guys!
