B&Q Consett

Have used this store regularly recently for click and collect decorating materials. Parking at the door with friendly welcome.Unfortunately I made an error on the last order. This was quickly and efficiently rectified via customer sevices then in store by Louise. First class service from all staff involved.

Nice clean and very friendly, first time here so can't say much, range is limited by size (which is true of anywhere), it didn't look small from outside but much better space than my local superstores to move around, at least that's the feeling I got, but should cater for most needs generally speaking.

Friendly staff who actually do no where things are. Was disappointed at the till as I didn't have my diamond card. So couldn't get my 10% wed off. Even when they looked it up. But not really there fault. Keep a good stock of everything you need DIY.

First time I've been to Consett B&Q, I pick up surplus goods for the The Winlaton Centre a charity which helps supports the community with Food &, Clothing ect.
The staff were very friendly, polite, helpful, and B&Q gave a generous donation of hanging baskets & plants for our market

Really like this store, plenty of stock and very helpful staff, always on hand to help and even ready with a smile for ya. 🤗 . Parking is right outside the maindoor & there's always a steady stream of customer's.. 10/10

Although this is a smaller B&Q compared to some of the other stores, this still stocks most of the items you would find in the bigger stores. Everything you need is here.

On this occasion I'm going to go all out with a 5 star for Consett b&q , one member of staff in particular who went out of his way to suggest an alternative solution to a curtain rail for my bay window (they had none) , good on you thank you for being human and taking the time to talk while taking my hard earned cash, nice change to the grunts you normally get

I've visited many B&Qs around the country and the Consett branch is hands down the best.

I often use the wood cutting service here and Dan and Josh are brilliant at it, making sure all cuts are exact and precise.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at this store and they are all polite, helpful and friendly, the store is always clean and tidy and laid out well making it easy to find what you're looking for.

Have trouble ordering a toilet, sink etc online so called in store and asked for help !
Was served buy a great guy, turns out to be the manager , he ordered everything I needed , he was super efficient and very pleasant

Had what I needed, but they are not the cheapest. Staff were helpful and friendly.
