Starbucks Coffee

Love going in for my coffee first thing on a morning. Staff are wonderful very respectful with a smile every time. Lovely atmosphere and very relaxing.

Popped in here on the 23rd of December. Was welcomed by a worker dressed up as the grinch and sharing the Christmas spirit. Made my day. The staff were all friendly and drink was served quickly. Definitely recommend this Starbucks

Bit over generous with the cream! 😂 Lovely friendly staff, classic Starbucks interior design, nice atmosphere, will definitely come for lunch again.

Normally I shop else where but decided to try Starbucks for a change. Drive thru. Excellent customer service experience. Very friendly and super quick service. Drinks were great, tasty and hot. We were even given a free treat for our pooch ha ha Great touch. Credit to the staff 👍🏻.

It is a very pleasant place to be and the coffee and all of the food is great also it sells some great cups and coffee beans to take homem

Lovely girl on the drive through today , I had no idea what the drink was I wanted , I ordered totally the wrong thing , when I got to the window I was able to explain the drink I wanted and without an issue she told me the drink I wanted and she made me it. In most places this would have been addressed with a stroppy member of staff but she couldn't have been more pleasant . I Will definitely go back and She deserves a bonus of some sort

Nice and clean with plenty of free parking and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The coffee is great as you would expect and the fruit toast with jam And butter is awesome. Plenty of tables and a small covered outside seating area.

Fabulous coffee and the best staff.we love paul and the team all so very friendly .we have our favourite seat as well we travel over 10 miles to.this starbucks its the best in the area by far always kept so clean and tidy !!

Love the Consett Starbucks. Our local meeting venue for client / network meetings. Do better coffee than most other Starbucks outlets in the area.
Staff very knowledgeable and accommodating.
They take the time to get to know us and therefore can recommend new products when they're launched!

Only scoring food a 4 as I'm gluten free and they only have one sandwich to offer. Service always great here!

love this place the best customer service in any Starbucks we've been in .Paul and his team are so friendly .we love our visits 3-4 times a week .they even know our order off by heart 😁😁 .we travel 10 miles to visit well worth it though

Today was the first time I have been to Starbucks drivet through for months. The service was OUTSTANDING. It's the first time for years that I really felt like my business was really wanted. They offered extras that were relevent to my order (Some beautiful caramel short cake to go with my caranel mak). I'm actually really looking forward to going back.

Always enjoy a visit to Consett Starbucks. My husband and I have been regulars since it opened but even when there's been a change of staff it doesn't take long for them to remember both my name and my order... only need to order my 'usual' now... they know exactly what size and combo I want. I pay on the app so I'm usually the one ordering, but if my husband stops off to bring one home for me they just ask if it's for Pauline so he doesn't even have to remember what it is because they remember for him 😀 We also now always use our own cups, even for sitting in, and I have stainless steel straws. They can be expensive, but as a gold member I get extra shots, syrup and cream free, as well as my cup discounts and my husband has a defence discount card which gives another 10% off...win win all round 😊
