If you're lucky, Ziggy the farm dog welcomes you at your car. There's plenty of indoor spaces to hunt through and there are tape measures conveniently located for your use. Kate's homemade cakes and Italian coffee went down a treat. Lots of stone and metal architectural salvage, well worth a look.

Could spend many happy hours here - absolutely fascinating! Recommend you have something in mind before you go as everything is so tempting!

Another visit to this wonderful Aladdin’s cave of antiques, salvage, furniture & loads more. Takes longer to get round all the stuff each time I go. Lovely coffee & ginger cake & picked up a bargain. The owners are always welcoming, especially Ziggy.

Nice little find on our drive through the cotswolds. There's a cafe and a few buildings to nose around with lots of old and interesting things. Remember to haggle!

We finally made a visit, having seen bits of publicity, and were not only pleased that the coffees and cake are amazingly good, but were blown away by the fantastic range of delightful things, from small items to major treasures. Of course they're not "cheap", but the owners are charming, and just make you welcome to browse, without any pressure. Something for everyone, and we shall certainly be back, thank you ..

Just spent a very enjoyable afternoon looking around many barns full of interesting antiques. Followed by a lovely cup of coffee and carrot cake. Speaking to Kate the owner who made us feel very welcome . Well worth a visit. Beautiful place

Lovely, interesting, great selection of antiques. Fab coffee, cakes and wonderful cafe staff Will defo go back very soon. Well worth a visit but be prepared to be there a while as there is so much to see.

This is a remarkable hidden gem that my parents and I found just driving back from Kiftsgate Gardens. We bought the most wonderful pair of cast iron chickens and some unusual teak chairs.

Went in for pasties, cake and coffee before the climb, lovely. Owner Kate was nice too! 😁🚴‍♀

Lovely boutique coffee shop on our cycle route so it would have been rude not to stop for a brew and a nosey around the gorgeous antiques 😁
