Great great company.
Staff are exceptional, mostly ex joiners on the desk who know everything there is about hardware and tools. Fabulous in depth knowledge and a great commitment to customer service.
Prices are extremely reasonable and a fabulous addition to have in County Durham.
Brian and his team are wonderful and helpful. Paint mixing on site along with every nut bolt and tool a company could ever want.
Setting the standard for customer service, even delivering emergency parts to us for free as we spend a bit here. Long live bescol. Makes B&Q look obsolete when this branch is here with the knowledgeable staff on hand to help.

Brilliant store, have used this store in the past for a varying amount of fastners and fixxings, also some oddball sized bolts and not so common bits. Great selection of hardware and tools, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Very fairly priced too.

So helpful! I will definatly use this hardware store all the time. Huge selection of paint, they can mix any colour and can't do enough for you. The guy made me a broom handle for my roller as they had ran out, helped me select what i needed and carried my paint to the car .. 5 star service
