This company wilfully misrepresented the item I purchased. After delivery I emailed to state this fact and was given a nonsense rebuttal. Their advice was ‘if you aren’t happy then return and we will recund”. Well I am a busy man and don’t have a ‘Returns Department’. It would be more helpful if they had just represented the items honestly such I knew not to order from them in the first place. My advice is to buy elsewhere!.

Bought an expanding hose, lasted 3 weeks before it blew its end off Laura wasn’t interested in refund or replacing it. You would think being a small business owner laura would be truthful but no clearly not. Feel free to call me and we can discuss this further or reply to the email you were sent that you are clearly ignoring.

Absolute clown show, no response to phone calls or email this is a scam shop avoid like the plague, ordered next day delivery absolutely nothing arrived have reported as fraud

Bought two chisels from JRTools and paid extra 4.50 for next day delivery. The chisels are fine but only arrived after 3 days. Requested a refund of the 4.50 paid for next day delivery via the website message portal (which is the only way to email them) but they did not reply to the message and no refund provided. Hence very poor customer service.
