I swear my mam & dad love doing there shopping in here good prices, parking is free and the carpark is massive. My mam loves coming in for here pasta/ salad box that you can make up yourself there good priced also. They love shopping here as its easy to get parked and staff are great and very helpful 👍

With the partner away, I bought two different microwave /oven meals. Quite impressed with the beef, did in oven with Aunt Bessies Yorkshire pud, and granulated gravy. For afters cream horn's, so moorish ate the partners, shsh he will never know 😋 😄

All of the store staff, except one, and especially the home delivery drivers, are pleasant and helpful. In addition, for the most part, everything I need is always avaliable

As usual a supermarket with loads of option to choose from. Got clean aisles, responsive staff and I always enjoy shopping in any Morrison store.

Market Street butcher and fish mongers are one good reason for shopping here..and catching up fast with Llidl and Aldi with reduced items and saver buys.

So accessible with a good many Blue Badge spaces. We need the extra space to open the door fully and unload the wheelchair. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Great service lovely staff. Scran in cafe was Bruce too.

I visit the south shields branch for the fish and meat counters, the lad who serves on there is unbelievably helpful, offering advice about the meat I was choosing and how to cook. Nothing is too much of a bother, never a complaint, always greeted with a smile. No lingering around waiting to be served neither. Always a positive experience and the meat and fish are lovely and fresh, plus plenty of choice and special offers.

Just a note to thank Aimee for her patience today when I had an issue with an Amazon locker. She went above and beyond trying to solve the problem - excellent customer service. Thanks again!

Just like a traditional corner shop from the 80s, only a little bigger. And the baskets have wheels. And you don't need to bring any cash. Oh, and you don't even need to talk to anyone when you do your shopping (unless there's an unexpected item in the bagging area). Fantastic. 5 Stars ✨ 2023

We mainly go here because they sell eggs individually, so much less wasted packaging. Morrisons also always has a good range of local beers, wherever in the country you are. And in general it's a good supermarket.

Had a very pleasant experience here. I went in for a few things for tea as well as some stocking fillers for Christmas. It was quite busy, but I made a plan before going into the shop of exactly what I wanted and where I needed to go.
The customers are, like anywhere, really, awkward and rude, and some of their coughs really worry me, as they sound like they need to go and take a PCR test, but hey ho...

I used the self-checkout area and this was hassle-free. I was helped out by the assistant who removed the security tag from my bargain Bailey's, and strangely enough, she had a smile on her face. That might not seem like a big deal, but at this time of year, with all the fussy customers and rudeness they bring with them, that is great to see. Thank you for that.

I particularly liked the part of my trip when I absent-mindedly placed an empty bag in the bagging area, and the computer robot Siri exclaimed there was a "surprising item in the bagging area". This sounds exciting, at least to me, but when I looked and saw my own bag there, I did feel slightly let down by her claim. Never mind, I'll still come back here. Cheers Morrisons!

Roll mop herring and sweet cured roll mop,that's all I went for, can out with 30 cans of Stella for £22 ,bargain of the year

The checkout girls here are amazing. Today around 1pm checkouts 5/7 were the best Morrison's could have. We have done previous Sundays with an older gentleman on the checkout equally as pleasant and obliging. Great Morrison's store. Thank you.

We just love shopping here because it has everything we need.It has enough of a selection of groceries and the fruit and vegetables are far superior than anywhere else we have shopped.The staff are hard working,helpful and friendly and aren't forever getting in the way stocking shelves!!

Bought custard donuts by mistake at 55p for 5. Wow, amazing.

Wish you could buy a donut and a coffee like at IKEA. These donuts are better than Krispy kreme.

Morrison's café South Shields.
I Call in 2/3 times a week for a coffee and a bite to eat before I go upstairs for my shopping. Café staff are very helpful and friendly. They have a nice choice of cooked meals, sandwiches and salads. Cooked food is always freshly prepared and hot. Love the place 😀👍

UPDATE (7/10/21)
It's been a while since I've been in for a meal, there's a few changes with screens between tables etc, but I'm pleased to say the staff are still very friendly and helpful. I've just had the fish and chips 👍👍👍 huge freshly cooked fish, lush crispy batter and very nice chips.😋😋 I'll certainly be back again 🤗
