Had an excellent experience buying a bike for my son. Andreas was super helpful and provided fantastic customer service.

What a great place. I had my brake light off went in and asked if they could help. Couldn't believe the girl came out straight away put new bulb in my car .how nice was that. so really help full I would definitely be going back there again
I do recommend Halfords I would give the 10 stars not 5.

Outstanding service on the bike desk. I've had a few punctures and breakages and the team at South Shields have been nothing short of fantastic in helping me get back on my way! Any issues have been resolved swiftly and, in case anything needed ordering in, they've kept me updated along the way. The team aren't just knowledgeable and keen to help, but incredibly friendly and approachable about any and all issues, and go above and beyond to assist.

Big shout out to Becky and Dan, who have both been absolutely brilliant in helping me! Brilliant customer service all round.

Amazing service and advice! Becky and her team in the South Shields store went the above and beyond to help with me with my roof bars and box. Becky even stayed past her shift finishing time so the team could fit it in time for me going away. Cannot thank them enough!

Me and my partner popped down after I finished work to get myself a stop lock for my new car.
I just want to give a shout out the staff that were on shift, 12/3/24 17:30-18:15pm ish. I didn’t get all their names but both ladies were amazing. The blonde girl was so patient with us, allowing me to try out the stop locks to ensure it fitted my car perfectly. Nothing was a bother at all, very friendly and approachable.
Scott helped me outside in my car fit and buy a stop lock and again, outstanding customer service. All a huge credit to the South Shields branch, a little goes a long way! Thank you’s!

Very helpful staff

We made a click and collect order online and later went to store. We had messed up the order but staff were extremely patient and helpful, eventually working out our mistake and advised us how to fix it. When we had sorted it out online, they were again exceptionally helpful. We cannot thank them enough. Excellent customer service. Well done.
