Buzzing atmosphere downstairs. Nice quiet space upstairs. Delicious food. Great to eat in or take away. Freshly made on the premises, high quality produce used. Fantastic chef. Friendly staff. Always a wide selection of cakes/desserts to choose from. Raspberry chocolate bomb is my current favourite. Highly recommend.

Regularly eat here and never been disappointed.
Very reasonably priced.
All cooked fresh. Menu changes regularly so you get a good choice/mix or dishes.
Their sharing Deli boards are great.
This is the only place I know that brings everyone’s food up at the same time and all piping hot.
Food is always piping hot, unlike many other restaurants that serve food warm-cold and I hate luke warm food.

And great cocktails and different GIns and tonic.

Loved this place!! Amazing coffee and the pancakes were super super delicious, the fruits were fresh tasted like organic produce but not sure. I was happy to see pads and tampons in the toilet :) If in Royston during breakfast time again will definitely visit.

We really enjoyed our lunch here. Warm, friendly and knowledgeable service. Fresh and delicious food. Gluten free options are available. We'll be back as we didn't have room for pudding this time!!

A real gem in Royston. An excellent spot for lunch, we ordered the Turkish Meze with a lamb pida, both of which were delicious. There is a good choice of hot drinks alongside an excellent wine list. Highly recommend.

Really lovely lunch today. I had the hummus open sandwich which was delicious and a great portion size. Good veggie options available. Also had a huge delicious slice of vegan chocolate cake - one of the nicest chocolate cakes I’ve ever had!
Really friendly and attentive staff and great COVID safety measures in place including plastic screens between tables. Very pleased to see our bill was half price as they had extended their Eat Out to Help Out deal.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I think they are owners as well. They seem to care a lot. Ordered a walnut loaf for snack. Love it! My macchiato was great too. Will visit again for main meals!

Highly recommend if you're looking for a venue for an event, we booked the upstairs room for a family birthday party and had a great time. The food was great, venue is lovely and the staff were all wonderful during the planning and on the day

Lovely food & service but very chilly at lunchtime, a few people sitting with coats over their knees not just in our group other tables around noticed people putting coats over knees.

Absolutely lovely little place. Always super friendly with great food. Even when we come in a little sweaty from a run :-)

Lovely atmosphere and really nice freshly cooked food. Teriyaki chicken wrap was very good.

What a little gem of a place! The food was as good as I've ever eaten - fit for Master Chef.
The pride and passion they put into every dish, cake or coffee should be an aspiration for every hospitality venue.

Really nice little place for dinner, drinks and cocktails. Focused menu with specials available. Turkish plate was excellent quality and reasonably priced. Will be back.

I met with friends here today and what a perfect little gem this is. The food was amazing. It’s isn’t very often these days that you find a ploughman’s lunch on the menu. The Christmas Pida also looked amazing with Turkey and pigs in blankets. In fact there was so much food my friend ended up taking some home. It was just amazing. The selection of cakes and puddings was also delicious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Royston you are so lucky to have this 😊

Evening meal was delicious and value for money. The service was excellent and the ambience was superb. Recommend for intimate dinner.

A cafe located in a historic setting in Royston. We were passing through the town and called in for a coffee. The flat white was served in a generously sized cup and tasted delicious. Good coffee at a good price!

I've only been to Royston twice so I was lucky to pop into No 41 for a snack. The food was lovely and the staff super friendly. Will definitely be going again. Very reasonable prices too, no wonder it's so popular!
