Good down to earth no frills transport cafe with very reasonable prices for the discerning biker ,motorist or trucker 👍😍🥰💓

Proper cafe, ageless decent menu with lots of options, including veggi options if that's your thing, all food hot and freah, great staff and regulars, freindly crowd.

We visited here on Sunday 20th August 2023.
It was around midday. It was very busy.
Less than 15 minutes for food once placed the order.
Had cheese omelette and chips, was nice.
Staff who took the order was very friendly.
However, 2 of the staff who were collecting empties didn't look too happy.
One of them was throwing plates, cups together, he must have been p*ssed off or something.
Other that, a nice café. Lots of motorbikes.

It's a bikers paradise. Sunday mornings are best. Breakfast is amazing and we get to see lots of motorcycles and the atmosphere is energetic. There are lovely country roads around for motorcycles. Enjoyed riding through English countryside.

Been there umpteen number of times and never disappointed.

Service is quick and tasty food.

You don't come here for the cordon bleu menu, nor for the silver service. This is an old fashioned transport caff specialising in builders tea and anything based on a fried breakfast, and in this it excels.
On Sunday mornings the place is a petrol-head's mecca (mostly bikers of all types, but frequently fans of other vehicle genres too.) Think a rural Ace Cafe and you are pretty close.

The Silver Ball Cafe is a transport cafe now a place to meet for clubs motorcycle and car. At the weekend you will find it packed with motorbikes.

They do a good breakfast of your choice.

Good old fashioned road transport cafe. Lots of bikes on a Sunday afternoon. Worth a ride out. Cash only. Highly recommended.

Nice place, cheerful staff and reasonable prices. Be warned though, it's cash only, which takes a couple of stars off service

Great meeting place for bikers. Coffee was OK. They don't take cards.

Delicious sausage and onions in a roll. Generous portion, fair price. Great sausages. Will definitely be back. Large car park. Good location for en route travel. Had takeaway so cannot comment on atmosphere

Proper old skool biker cafe, for petrol heads only. Always an interesting set of vehicles arriving, specially on a weekend.

Great traditional transport cafe. Very popular with bikers. They do a great breakfast.

Had a fry up here for the first time in years, I have to say thatvit has improved aince I was last here (maybe it's changed hands) the service was fast despite it being quite busy, and no complaints about the food either.
My only complaint was that it was so hot in there (it was a very hot day) but there wasn't a single fan in there to move the air around.
Other than that it was great.
I shall return.

As a former biker chick. I only visit caffs whose car parks are filled with bikes and trikes. This one is. Food here amazing, freshly cooked delicious. Coffee steaming hot just like we want it. You have to visit this place. It’s amazing.

Great for breakfast cooked fresh. Busy but still quick at getting the food out. Vegetarian option great, not normal Quorn sausages

Went here again this Sunday morning 24th 12 2023 n had Scrambled egg n mushrooms it was delicious best tasting mushrooms ever n piles of egg I would recommend this Cafe to anyone top notch Cafe 👍👌🤘
