Nick Woolley, Senior Aftersales Consultant, deserves special recognition for his outstanding customer service. He kept me updated throughout the process and was incredibly patient and helpful. I truly appreciate his dedication and the overall quality of service provided by the team. Highly recommended!

Richard was great because he always kept me updated. There was some issues when i first viewed and test drove the car. Richard said they would be fixed and they were when collected. Overall very happy and will recommend anyone to buy a car from here.

After being let down by another car dealership, we found the same type of car at emg motor group Royston and after explaining our situation, I can’t thank Jack and the team enough for being so efficient in getting everything in place (paperwork, the car, finances etc) and ready in record time. Great selection of cars, no messing about, stress free experience of buying a car. I wish I had gone there sooner! Would recommend to anyone and will be back again in the future. Buying a car through EMG Royston has been totally pain free. We do not like all the sales talk, pressure to buy and general faff with car buying. Ashley simply answered our questions and helped make sure the car met our needs, which meant buying a different car to the one we had originally gone to look at. He was also happy to make sure it was ready before our original pick up day after we changed our plans. Great customer service!

We saw a car of theirs online that fitted our needs and budget last week. We drove over to see it on a Saturday morning. Everything was as described. The two members of staff were really helpful and easy to deal with. We drove away in the car less than three hours later. Honest , fair and good value. This is how all car dealers should be. Special mention and thanks to Dean who dealt with all the tedious paperwork. My wife, daughter and I actually enjoyed the experience after the pain of dealing with other car dealers elsewhere. For our next car, I will call here first and ask them to find us something as they are so much better than other dealers.

This was the first time I’ve changed my car in 11 years and Dean at EMG Royston made the whole experience more enjoyable than I expected with his friendly but professional manner. Went to EMG Royston whilst looking for a second hand KIa Sportage- I had been to many other dealerships, most of who never contacted me again.
Jim was amazing right from the start, he took note of everything we want (I was pretty Specific) and he promised me he would find me the car I wanted in the next week or so.
He delivered his promise I have and love my new Sportage and he went above and beyond to get it, he kept me in the loop and was always so polite and caring.
