Great customer service. Would highly recommend The Sport Store in Beccles for all your sporting needs. I had an issue with a faulty product which was no fault of sport stores and more of a small manufacturers fault. It was quickly rectified with minimal fuss. 10/10

Thank goodness, a quality sports store in Beccles. Whatever your sport, check them out first! They have an excellent range of quality sporting products and are knowledgeable, offering, as you'd expect, great customer service. Keep it local, I say, and avoid cheap and cheerful clicks. If not already, have a good look round before rushing into your next online purchase. I've had two tennis rackets restrung, amongst other things, one on a same day turnaround, and been delighted with the service and results.

Great to have this kind of shop in a town, the young chap who was working was particularly helpful and chatty.

We hired some kayaks and paddle boards last weekend, great value for money and we had a lovely day. We picked them up at Rowan Craft in Geldeston and they were really friendly and helpful. We stopped off at Geldeston Locks for a drink too. It’s a lovely route and overall great experience - thanks Sport Store and Rowan Craft 😊

I placed an order for a few little bits to get me through home workouts and cannot recommend the service enough. I placed my order at 2:25pm and all my equipment arrived by 2:45pm the same day.

Really helpful and friendly staff with large variety of different sports equipment, if theres something you want that they don't stock they can order it in, highly recommend taking a look instore of this independent store

Really lovely and friendly staff, you can have a laugh and a joke with. They wear good with my children and took there time to listen to then and show them different things in the shop and explaining how they work.
