Mandel Shotgun Chokes

Have bought chokes for 2 different guns now. Both older 80s guns . They arrived promptly. They fitted perfectly and look , feel vastly superior to original ones. And most importantly give great kills. Will definitely be using this company again

Great service and fast communication. All questions answered next working day. Full set of ported winchokes arrived on time. Fitted my 65 year old Winchester 101 perfectly and performed great on a days sporting clays. I found porting reduced recoil for me and I got my highest score ever using them. What an awesome company... Ordered a Montefeltro choke, ported, Friday evening... Had a query first thing Saturday morning, beautiful, (if you like stainless steel tubes with knurls and ports) and perfectly fitting choke arrived Monday morning...

The best choke manufacturer in the industry! I've pattern tested and put a wide range of mandel chokes through the ringer and they always come out top. The extended multi ported choke in modified is the best all rounder out there for anyone using it in all disciplines. I've ran all form of shot through them and predominantly only use non toxic such as steel, bismuth and tss without any issues. The chokes have held up well and are made with superior materials that are made to last. The machining quality is brilliant and they will make your new choke an identical copy to how the threads should be when fitted as some chokes have poor tolerances

After a bit of confusion with chokes Mike and his team came good the chokes they made me for my ceaser guerini 20 gauge not only look great in the gun but performed perfectly

bought two chokes, one was wrong choke size, after a phone call to Mike the choke was replaced and I was informed I could keep the other one

Je voulais un 3/4 choke pour mon Verney Carron car on en trouve pas d'origine, j'ai contacté Mandel après avoir demandé à plusieurs fabricant (teague,Carlson,...) Mais les prix étaient très cher pour faire du sur-mesure, Les échanges de mail ont été très bons et toujours rapide a mes questions
, Il m'ont fait 3chokes après avoir envoyé un original, l'ajustement et parfait, je les ais essayé pendant 1semaine a la chasse et mon donné satisfaction,
Je remercie Mike bien qu'il ait oublié mon "étui" supplémentaire !

Do not buy from this company.
Their products and customer service are a joke.
I bought a pair of extended 3/8 chokes and during their first outing they failed causing my barrels to become irreparably damaged.
At my own expense I got a gunsmith to cut off the choke section and courier it to them for investigation, they received the parts 20/12/22 and I was told I would hear back from them after about a month. I still have not had an explanation, refund or compensation for my damaged gun.
Because of the damage caused by their product I've had to purchase a new gun, so I'm now down the cost of the chokes, two guns, gunsmith fees and shipping fees totaling around £2000.
Every attempt at contacting them has resulted in me being either ignored or palmed off with four word responses.
This is not what I would expect from a company that describes themselves as a "leading UK supplier of after market shotgun chokes market shotgun chokes carefully designed and precision manufactured".
If you are looking for chokes, buy Teague.
If Teague doesn't stock your chokes, they will custom make you some.

27/03/23 - Still no update from them.

28/06/23 - They are still ignoring any attempt at contacting them.
An official complaint has been submitted requesting them to respond within 14 days, which they have not responded to.
They have refused to say if they are a part of a trade union or alternative dispute resolution scheme.
The next step will be complaining to an ombudsman and then small claims court.

Bought some extended chokes as a present and the quality of the bores are shocking. Very poor finish and the edges looked to have been deburred with a hand deburrer so badly it had chattered and put deep scratches in the bore. As a Toolmaker, I can confidently advise you to buy higher quality chokes!
