Bought a pair of Rear Springs, 4 new brake disks and 4 sets of pads and a calipre and the front section of exhaust. Great service, ordered and in really quick. The lads were brilliant, measured the discs that were on my car to make sure the new ones were the correct size. Absolutley brilliant. Meant to post a few weeks ago.

Could not be a more pleasant experience. Went in to get car battery and car keys battery replaced, Bill got the car battery ordered in for me at the very last minute and fitted within 30 mins of it arriving. Keys central locking didn’t work when battery replaced due to an ignition switch issue he discovered which I did not understand so he took me out to show me and clearly explained the issue, he also didn’t end up charging for it since the battery replacement did not fix my central locking. Unlike most men in car industry towards woman, Bill did not talk condescendingly nor make me feel uncomfortable. Fast, honest and polite. Highly recommend!

Great service. I bought a new headlight bulb and struggled to fit it outside of the shop. They kindly did the job for me.

Very helpful staff , didn't make me feel like a woman who doesn't know what she's looking for. I've been here quite often and would recommend these guys as really reasonably priced. Almost always have what you need. If not they will order for you , very quickly.

Great staff good product knowledge. If they don't have the part they will supply it same day or next. They always try to please your needs they even fitted wipers and bulbs and tested my battery free of charge that's what I call customer service thanks lads dale

The staff are so lovely, helpful, nothing too much trouble. If need a part not in stock, they get it in quickly, a bonus! My husband Dale uses Bill's for years for parts for his van and our car. The prices are good, cheaper than Halfords. We would not go anywhere else. You would do good to use Bill's autos. The lovely staff are good enough reason we use them.
