Ross is the go to man for bathroom and Jessica is the designer. Open to public Monday to Saturday , best of all it's not 'Trade only'. Get along and check out their bathroom/ kitchen show rooms.

Exceptional organisation in Consett. Placed my first order on a 80m2 roof renewal this week. Excellent quality materials delivered on time within the exact time specified. Prices in general are precisely marked for traders to be competitive.

I ordered a 800kg bag of decorative gravel to be delivered on a Friday..I received a phone call from them the day before saying their supplier let them down by sending the wrong product to them and asked if I could have it delivered on the Monday...I was ok with that and wasn't really desperate for it so I agreed...staff were very apologetic...I didn't hold it against them as they are very helpful staff when I was previously there the week before...it was delivered on the Monday like they said and was very happy with it

Excellent service. We received friendly and helpful service from knowledgeable staff. After trying a few other sources -unsuccessfully - we were advised to try JT Dove (which we hadn't realised had a branch in Consett) and got exactly what we needed. The staff member knew exactly what we wanted. Very impressive service from start to finish. Thank you.

Dealt with Micheal at the birtley store for ten years, now having moved over to consett we are delighted to see a new branch open here.
Big plot with lots of parking, not too busy either for vehicles getting in and out.
Staff prompt and friendly and we have found the stock quality exemplary as always.
Nice depot for all the things you need in the building trade with a huge variety of stock.
About to embark on the mother of all self builds so I will be calling in here often. Hopefully we can forge a great relationship like we have done over the years with Michael st the birtley branch.
