Although Aldi stores have a limited size, I always have everything I need and it is better to have a cash withdrawal machine in them in addition to their competitive prices with other stores 👌🏼

5 stars any day for Aldi. Got to know about Aldi while living in Australia. A woman l knew asked me why l always shopped at Woolworth and not Aldi so l gave it a try and got hooked. I loved their coconut yogurt and giant prawns back in Australia. I’ve been on the lookout for this same coconut yogurt in the U.K but they don’t sell it. Honestly, they should. I love Aldi because of the quality of their products, affordability and variety. I think Aldi here in England needs to borrow a leaf from that of Australia. They’re much more creative in Australia.

Prices gone way up which they have everywhere. However the amount in jars packets ect have been reduced so check.

Struggled to find a product, I approached a young assistant, whom I now know to be Joanne Arnell, stopping what she doing ,she took me directly to the area of the store and showed me the item I was looking for.A credit to the company going above and beyond her position. Staff like Joanne are the reason why I will continue to shop at Aldi ,Westerhope

The fruit and veg is always fresh and lasts. It's great value for money and you can even buy gifts or flowers as well as magazines and newspapers.
Update: the staff are still as friendly as ever and we now do most of our shopping here as we continuously save time and time again. Recently bought a stand mixer for the wonderful price of less than £50 and it came with 3 different attachments which work brilliantly. I had shopped around for a while and saw others for minimum £150 with only 1 attachment. Definitely value for money at Aldi and although it may not be a 'named' brand it works exactly how it should and I have zero complaints. Keep up the great work guys - you've worked non stop throughout the pandemic and tried your upmost to still get SpecialBuys in for your customers!

Good covid signage and disinfecting stations, red and green traffic light system brilliant. Staff friendly and helpful even though they are busy restocking shelves. Very clean too.

Best place to shop, get your chicken, ham, veg and pick up a drill, what more do you want

Night and Day to the Fawdon store. A special thank you to Ali who went above and beyond his job to be helpful regardless of how much pressure the staff are under. Perhaps the Fawdin store need to take lessons from the staff here. Well done to you all.

Staff always helpful, always a till to go to and fast service. Only thing that holds it back are the customers that try to pack their bags at the till and make the prices go up by doing so; this is no fault of the staff but only the uneducated customers.

I always enjoy shopping at Aldi iv shopped in Aldi since it opened in Germany in the 1980s. The shop has progressed from buying produce in boxes to the terrific shop it is today. It's a very clean well stocked terrific priced super market. And all the staff are both helpful and pleasant to talk to. I wouldn't do my major shop in any other store.

Love this store always immaculate nice staff always well stocked....there is a rumor going round it's closing next year I will never understand management if this is true its got a fantastic position smack right in the middle of all the surrounding estates and in the heart of the village of Westerhope

Aldi is my favourite shop. Opening early is grand for me. I'm elderly and live on my own, so going to your store as you open means the store is quiet, no queues and very few people in store. Hats off to Aldi and your staff at your store on Stamfordham Road, Westerhope, Newcastle upon Tyne, they are always so busy adding new stock to the shelves but always there to help if you have a question. Very impressed too with all the sanitation of sprays for the trolleys and bacterial wash for the hands. All your hard work is certainly appreciated! I would like you to pass on my thanks to your store Manager and Staff.
