We couldn't be happier with the exceptional service I recently received at EE. We had the pleasure of interacting with Anna, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of outstanding.

Anna's exceptional politeness and patience throughout the entire process truly stood out. She took the time to listen attentively to our needs and preferences, and her willingness to answer our questions and address any concerns we had made us feel valued as a customer. In an age where rushed interactions seem to be the norm, Anna's dedication to providing genuine customer care. Her patience in explaining features, plans, and terms showed a level of professionalism that is often hard to come by. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, and we left the store feeling informed and content with our choices.

Great service and knowledge from Paul who managed to solve a long standing issue in 20 minutes , which is 12 months father than Tech support couldn't even sort. Very patient and knowledgeable. Thanks again

Needed help with transfer of broadband and phone the staff were very keen to help and with great service even though I couldn't get the things I needed (failed credit check) I would still recommend this store 👍

My contract had expired a while ago and I wasn't looking forward to the whole "new phone/contract" interview but it all went fine and the EE rep (Paul) couldn't have been more helpful (or patient). Great service.

Fantastic experience in EE shop. Zac was simply amazing in sorting out my lovely 90 year old mum with a new phone, new contract & making sure her phone data was transferred to the new phone which was quite a challenge given the age of her old phone. His knowledge, patience & caring personality shone through. Mum left so happy with exactly what she wanted & needed at a great price. It was so good to see some really brilliant customer service from a truly nice guy who made sure that everything was right!! Well done guys - I was well impressed 😊

In the last 2 weeks I have visited the store 3 times. I was served each time by Michelle who was worth her weight in gold. She helped with the best plans, the best phones and was so patient and friendly throughout. The manager of the store is also very welcoming and friendly. My mother was feeling a bit off and he bought her a cup of tea out of his own pocket! Anyone looking for amazing customer service should definitely call in here. Can't thank Michelle enough for now much she helped.

Went here on Saturday, October 14. Was greeted by a sales advisor who looked after us throughout our time in the store. Very polite and helpful, knowledgeable too. Did all she could to assist in our purchase of a new Huawei T3 10”. Would recommend her to everyone and her colleagues too, especially the Store manager. Our advisor was Sophie.

Served by Nathan today who was quick efficient and very patient. I was accompanied by my extremely naughty 6 year old. Taking my lead, without stopping even for a moment he helped me distract my son whilst still discussing the product I was buying. When I was signing forms he engaged in conversation with my son about popular children's games which totally calmed him down and meant I could then continue my day shopping with a pleasant experience and a happy child. It's the little things that count and Nathan has helped me not only with my purchase but the rest of my day.

What an amazing store. The boys at the store where a massive help. I was helped specifically by James he gave me all my options and advice on what to do. They are all great and great conversations.

Contract due this month called in the shop in passing was seen after a few minutes. New phone sorted and transfered everything over from old to new phone. She said to leave it and callback as we had a table booked for lunch. Thank you jobeth

Went in for an early upgrade and Zac was super helpful. Explained everything I asked about and gave suggestions about what would be best after I told him what I use my phone for. Would definitely recommend to go there for help

I would like to say thank you to John the Manager and Chris for providing excellent customer service them 2 truly are fantastic and EE should be proud of both of them as they helped me get my Samsung galaxy s8 upgrade 8 month early.

I have just been to EE on Northumberland street and couldn't be more impressed! Thank you so so much to Zac and John who made the experience for my Gran totally memorable in a great way - you guys were completely professional, knowledgeable, understanding and very empathetic - you couldn't have done more for us and we really appreciated it (and the chocolates too, what a lovely touch!) Thank you again...we won't hesitate to come back

Visited this shop in regards to a message to my Aunt, an EE customer. She had received a message supposedly from EE, which the young assistant told us was a scam . She explained how to recognize scam messages in a professional and friendly manner.

Very helpful staff who gave expert advice on using my EE account abroad.
