Visited the store this Sunday (5th Feb). The young lady on the till (not sure of her name but mentioned she was a new member of staff) left a very positive impression, calmly handling a till error and moving to another till to continue providing service to waiting customers until the issue could be resolved. She also handed each shopper a handwritten note with a message of positivity - this was really kind and definitely made a difference to my day! Keep up the great work and excellent customer service :)
