Ordered on line and picked up in store 20 minutes later. Just one person in front of me at the desk and only a couple of minutes wait. Have my order number and code to the cashier and received my goods in under. Minute. Good service would recommend.

Customer service was great - went out of her way to ensure that I could get the extra items for free with what I bought that I did not know about.

Had to change a faulty item, no fuss, easily sorted.

Sold with already used goods as new with scratches and covered in dust. No one on the website or by phone can help resolve this situation. I just have to go to their store to return the goods. Terrible service and support. and they don't care about you or your time.

Worst service which i have received untill now, i have tryied to return a car hoover which i used for maximum 10 seconds, i bought it friday i noticed then the filter was not new, today i been to return it, the main reason it s not because the filter was not new was because the hoover was not which i have expected to be. They sayied can not accept it because i told them was used, spoke with the manager too! It îs not my style to leave feedbacks frequently but was very unfair to do not. Never buy again from Argos because of this Customer service!

There was unpleasant customer service experience. I bought lots of stuff from Argos Wokingham (when it was Argos) or Winersh and never had a problem even returning things if I must to. But today I been Bracknell sainsbury Argos and need to deal Clare she is supervisor over there.She was rude not helpful don't want to speak it's not a first time my wife had bad experience with her aswell.. I won't shop in Argos anymore these kind of people should work in warehouse where they don't need to deal with the people.

Bad service today : Tried to return some overear headphones, was told one of the staff was the manager, later found out she wasn't. First lie

Was told I couldn't return the headphones because Argos won't be able to return them. Challenged my consumer rights and basically hit a brick wall of I can't return them. I called head office whilst in the store and they said I could return them. Second lie

I won't be buying products from here again, this is why Amazon are killing companies like Argos. One bad experience and you lose a customer for life.

Just visited Argos in Bracknell
I bought wax heater didn’t work good and the wax comes with it its like super glue nearly takes the skin off I spoke to the manger alamie tsm about it and tried to explain but she wasn’t very helpful and rude makes me feel embarrassed around people poor customer service and she don’t want to take any responsibility she can only provide contact number for the company what a waste £40 gone in the bins 😔😔

I don't understand how the supervisor Clare can still be supervisor. Unprofessional and very rude. Terrible service.
