First class customer service, ordered a double strip light 9pm got message 7_30 next morning ready to collect. Staff were very very good, excellent quality lamp at a good price. Couldn't have been any better looked after during these difficult times. THANKS

The guy who served us was an absolute star! Extremely helpful and patient, he was able to tell us all the strange and unusual plumbing pieces we needed where we were pretty clueless, especially since the bespoke bathroom we were fitting is particularly different from what is standard.

Use this store regularly via click and collect and never have any problems. Recently the lady staff members made me aware of in store promotion savings. Dropped materials list in on the morning and picked up complete order later that day...all boxed up ready...They even rang me during the day confirming order was ready for collection.Excellent service and communication.

Always fast, friendly and efficient service and they have a setup that I'm comfortable with during these strange times (many places don't or can't control the general population who don't seem to own a tape measure to find out what 2 metres looks like), so I think everyone should get down to screwfix, buy a tape measure and stay out of my personal space. Highly recommended.
