Step back in time at this hardware store. If they haven't got it, you don't need it. Friendly helpful staff, always attentive and very knowledge. Would certainly recommend.
Visited again today, 12th October and they had exactly what I needed. The staff are great, very helpful, chatty and knowledgeable. I shall definitely return.

Proper, old fashioned Ironmongers.

This is the real deal - not some plastic B&Q clone, but a real ironmongers with everything you might want, including fork handles (and four candles).

If you need something, they will have it, probably several of it, plus ten other things you had no idea they sold & you'll probably leave with change from a fiver & a smile.

An aladdins cave of all traditional hardware items. Quality stock and the only place that I think you can buy glass funnels for antique Victorian oil lamps. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Recommended from screws to calor heaters. 5*

It,s a gem. A proper hardware store with helpful and knowledgeable staff. It's not fancy but it is a good honest shop that will supply most hardware needs at reasonable price.
