Tesco Superstore

Nando, store manager at my local Tesco in Wokingham came to the rescue sorting out an issue the store manager at Sheperton Mallet superstore was not capable or not willing to sort out even though it was their till point that created the double charge in the first place.
The manager or supervisor at Sheperton was not interested in resolving the double charge and I want to THANK Nando, the store manager at the Wokingham branch who had to step in to resolve the issue the Sheperton Mallet supestore created.

I am very impressed with the service and quality of product in tesco, and they are very good value for money, I bought a lovely chicken for £3.69 and it's twice the size of the ones in lidl and cheaper, it was really nice. So I'll be shopping with tesco again.

So, I'll be honest upfront I'm not usually a fan of Tesco. However after spending 2 hours going from supermarket to supermarket to buy my weekly shop & to buy a chicken for my birthday dinner tomorrow, I was ready to give up and go home defeated. All the other supermarkets were filling shelves with none food items & the staff not particularlyhelpful, some quite rude. So most of my shopping was not bought. Shift work makes it very difficult to shop especially in times like this. Anyway to cut a long story short, I go in to Tesco & the wonderful staff were smiling, helpful & guess what!! They were filing shelves with REAL food. THANK YOU Tesco for saving my birthday meal.

I have been at home for the last 5 weeks, I was really apprehensive about going shopping, I needn’t have.

When I arrived at Tesco Wokingham it was not to busy, plenty of happy Staff around the car park, clear markings on the ground, I think I waited around 5 mins in the line outside, a cheerful young man explained the reasonings of allowing the amount of people in store at any one time, all staff had a smile on their face, the atmosphere was really comforting.

I was able to find all my shopping, well stocked shelves a few things looked low, but I can’t think anyone would of found it difficult to find an alternative.

All in all a very pleasant experience this morning, I would like to thank all the Staff in store today for coming in to work, I am most grateful.

Love to do shopping in Tesco as they have 4 charging points for electric cars and its free. Although maximum stay is 2 hours can’t complain as you charge your e-car whilst you do your shopping.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Tesco. The addition of laser quest with fellow shoppers added the competitive edge that I feel supermarkets can often lack. The tasers for having a bagging area problem also added a final thrill to the experience. Loved the sensual dancing by the car cleaning team too.

Welcome calm compared to Tesco at The Meadows (Camberley) where it's bedlam.
At Wokingham people are nice to each other - staff AND customers - whatever time of day. Good value. Well organised. Polite. efficient, and friendly staff.
Easy to find just about anything you would expect in this type of store. Well done Tesco. Keep it up.

I love this store, have never been disappointed when I'm looking for cooking ingredients. Open fro 6am to 11pm Monday Friday. Saturday 6am to 9pm Sunday 10am till 4pm

Hannah from dot com department was extremely helpful in correcting an order that had gone wrong. Her customer service was above and beyond. Will be returning to this store in future.

Store was kept very clean and well staffed on a busy Saturday. Deli counter assistants were very friendly.

Large, handy, and well structured store. It's easy to find stuffs and the store has a nice Costa cafe for relaxing.
