What an amazing place. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean and well maintained. Sell just about everything to every walk of life that comes here. The loss of the fresh meat and fish counter is a big miss.

I buy a lot of my fruit from here as it's always nice and fresh and lasts a lot longer than fruit I've bought from any other store.

The lovely security lady is always at hand to help with any problems at the self service checkout.

Well stocked, friendly local store.

First time to this waitrose, and for it being a little waitrose, I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the store. There are plenty of well stocked shelves and plenty to choose from. Staff were friendly and very helpful when it came to using the self-service tills

Very good place for shopping

Everything you would expect from a small store and more. Picked up a couple items I couldn't get in other supermarkets.
The shelves are well stocked and the staff are busy looking after the customer.
The only down side is parking. Its impossible.

I was particularly impressed with the range of vegan food in the store. I had previously been to the store in the centre of town which had a vegan and vegetarian section separate from the rest. Sometimes it is really difficult going round supermarkets trying to find items that may be vegan. Unfortunately many of the items contain milk or milk solids/powder. Also it was great to find vegan cheese other than Viola which many places do not sell either.

Had everything we needed in a convenient location. The shop itself was very clean and bright. There were even some good special offers on that we took advantage of. We didn't have to queue and got through the self service very quickly despite buying alcohol which can cause delays usually.

The staff consistently shined in interactions. Have gone out of their way to help me out a couple of times.

It has rye bread. Very wide range of products and although "more expensive" for some things, the value is extremely high and the quality of a few products that are own brand genuinely stand out against other supermarkets and even competing "full time" brands. Looking at you ice cream tubs. <3

Stocks the basics and quite a lot more with particularly good fresh produce. As you might expect from Waitrose the staff are great and the shop is clean and tidy. Feels a little on the expensive side but fine for a small shop.

Today I shopped at my local Little Waitrose. Staff went above and beyond to help even carrying my bag across to bus stop opposite. ! A very sincere thank you to kind courteous staff as I was using a stick
and appreciated help.

If you have a certain expectation for Waitrose, you would not be disappointed. Typical Waitrose efficiency, hospitality, cleanliness, logical layout, etc. Good shopping experience until the prices hit you a bit at the checkout.

I love everything about Waitrose!! Shopping organic has never been easier.
I was wondering if there is any chance we can get a dairy free option on the coffee machine? It’s a shame that not everyone can use it if you are on a dairy free diet?

It was fab. Very well organised, picked up a birthday cake from click and collect so you can go to the front of the queue. Lovely polite staff

Friendly Waitrose with helpful staff . The staff atthe meat and fish counter are always keen to serve and if I can’t find an ingredient it’s always found for me . Space outside to sit and have a coffee too.
Much better than the Waitrose in the centre !!

Love it! Fabulous range of products and you can pick up your John Lewis online orders from here too. Its spotlessly clean and friendly.

Great quality food, you can really tell the difference between here and another stores.
That also goes for the customer service, it's outstanding.

Love this shop ! Get great quality meat and Vegetables also a good selection of fish ! The bread and fresh bakery has fab choices.All in all a really nice shop! 👍

Nice store, not greatly situated for parking, but well stocked. Canny staff, worth popping in for a free latte on a Waitrose card and mingling with the well-to-do's on Acorn Road
