phine has been running slow for awhile popped into three store eldon who spoke raj who gave my phone a quick refresh and also resigned up to new sim deal cheaper. all in all happy days 😊

My contract with Vodaphone ended, and I came into the store to see what was available.

Peter approached myself and my partner, and it was an absolute pleasure to speak to. He made all our options clear to us and was not pushy. He was friendly, open, and dedicated as much time as we needed to fully understand everything and to ensure we were going to make the best choice for us.

I would gladly approach him again about any enquiries, and anyone who is served by him will be in really good hands.

I was served by a young man called Dylan on the weekend, he set my new phone up and explained all the features. He was very patient with me during the whole process. His manager who's name was Azeem I think was also lovely and professional came over asked how i was. He also tried to see if i could get a cheaper deal and provided Dylan with assistance on transferring my information across. My broadband is due up at the end of this year with BT as is my wife's contract and i will be definitely switching them over to three.
Wonderful honest and caring staff not pushy like some stores I've been to in the past i walked out with everything explained to me. 10/10

Thank you - I had a bad experience a while ago, but today when I came to change my plan, Yersin was very friendly, quick, and polite and helped me with my request. He also explained my new plan in detail and gave me time to think and consider before signing. Overall very happy with my visit today.

Visited this store today to change my mobile I was all ready with 3 mobile the sales person Dylan was Excellent he sorted everything for me very pleased well done can just say why can’t you ever get through on phone it just rings & rings but no body answers

One of the popular and reasonably priced telecom giant in the UK. Multiple branches within the city center in Newcastle-upon-Tyne staff is helpful and thoughtful too.

Broadband is a bit of an issue but mobile connectivity is value for money.

No false promises, deliver the best they can provide.

I had an issue accessing the three insurance online I had purchased on my previous phone plan. I went into store and Oscar pointed out to me that I could upgrade my phone a month early, and instead of paying the £100 insurance excess get a new phone, newer model, better tariff and all for a cheaper price. He was super helpful, really nice and turned a negative experience of the online service into a positive one. Thanks Oscar!

The assistant Yersin who attended to me was wonderful he was calm, efficient and extremely helpful. He is a great asset to the company.

As per usual the staff are fast efficient, know the answers to questions I need sorting. Sorted out my contract-related needs and did it with a friendly professional demeanor. Top-notch service.

If you visit this store ask for the Sales Assistant called Paris. She explains the deals so simply, does not do a hard sell and I ended up with a deal I was super happy with. Ask for Paris!

Moved from pay as you go on to a contract plan with a new phone, was a bit uncertain of things but the man who dealt with me was first class, very helpful and courteous, thanks Colin.

I've been with THREE for a long time. The staff in store are always helpful. I've found the coverage to be very good. Better than other networks that struggle in the same locations

Cant fault the Guy in Eldon Square store he was excellent and a credit to the company.
