Park Road Convenience Store

I only started to call in this shop to collect and send parcels. They have a very well planned quick system when collecting a parcel. Noticed in other shops it can take awhile.
This convenience shop is handy for your essentials and bait for work.

I go in everyday, the shop staff/ owner is very happy kind and welcoming and it overall just a really good shop, if you want a quick drink I would deffinatly recommend it's also great because I can go there on the way to school or coming back from the park. Thanks

Wish I could give this shop a 0 star review, the owner started spreading rumours about me because of a post he saw In the chronicle, he also made my then 12 and 14 year old children feel unwelcome and kicked the out of the store several times, this has only came to light recently as I have moved out of the area, I have it on good word that he has also been spreading rumours about my family who still live there. David, next time I'm up I will be popping in to have a word in your nutshell.

Don’t bother visiting this store if you want good customer service if you go to use pay point and your not buying one of there overpriced products the owner (Male) whinges then claims the system is down why advertise a service and not let people use it unless they buy a product. AVOID and use other friendly local shops with a pay point service not this shower

Have to say the customer service is absolutely SHOCKING!! The OWNERS are rude and miserable. Also spreading UNTRUE rumours about people i know (WHOM WERE THEIR CUSTOMERS) TO THEIR OTHER CUSTOMERS attempting to cause unnecessary drama. Also lying to us about the gas machine being off because they are lazy and rude. How they are still in business I'll never know. Avoid this pathetic excuse for a corner shop at all costs. They don't deserve a single penny you give them.

Always apprehensive about using the shop for parcel drop off. Be sure to be fully familiarised with the evri printer to avoid get chewed a new backside from the female behind the counter

By for the most inconvenient convenience store in the UK .. The shop is always dead never anything you needed but always the promise that a order is on the way ... what shop doesn't have a selection of pop and soft drinks its 2020 not 1640
