Stopped and tried their Big Breakfast at £8.99 and it was a really good plateful including chips, toast and tea all in. Well cooked if a little slow arriving but unlimited tea or coffee helps with the waiting. Yes it's possibly top end money but it's on the company card.

Dropped in for food and nearly did not bother, which would have been a mistake as the lunch was good for the money. We would definitely give it another chance if we were passing and needed to eat. Great baked tati for the little one too. To be honest very surprised from first impressions.

Paid £2 to have a shower but it's was like it's never been cleaned. Dirt and water all over the floor where you step out of the shower, dirt all over the floor as soon as you walk in the shower room. Sink was filthy, shower was filthy with mould on the shower curtain and it smelt musty. I used the chair to stand on when I got out of the shower otherwise, I would have had to clean my feet again. I wish I took photos to show.

Gave it 2 stars because it had the facility, next time I'll go further up the road to another services where I know it's free and have much cleaner facilities too.

It used to be on Snap account, but now you have to pay online (after downloading the app) then you get charged an extra 30p for the privilege of using the app, also no receipt to give to your company to claim back expenses

We park our trailers there shunting to a site in monmouth. Toilets and shower. Needs to be inspected a cleand reguarly.and cafe dont seem to be open in the evening

Stopped here twice over the past few months.

Both times the subway was closed on normal hours and the "employees" were having a chat with the other employees at the shop.

The toilets have been filthy each time of stopping. Looks like no effort is put into the stop at all and that no one is working there.

Would not stop here again unless I had absolutely no choice.

4 ladies toilets.....
2 are missing toilet seats, the third is blocked, and is making the whole room smell, so one functional toilet. Cleaning rota on back of door not been ticked for 3 and a half days

Can confirm it is just for petrol, toilets were out of order, subway does not exist and very pricey

Absolutely useless! Many times IV been there no fuel, today fuel but not takin card payments which doesn't help wen you use keyfuels for ur work van

They charged me double for fuel. The staff were very rude and unhelpful and I still have not received a refund
