Mens toilets out off order, last week it was the showers. No subway shop, Poor set up, if all the pumps have hgvs on, you cannot exit in your hgv. And the pumps are very slow it took over 20 minutes for 300 litres.

No hot food. Hardly any cold sandwiches. 2 grumpy ladies mopping the floor.

Only one HGV pump working and it’s been this way for months ( so slow ) neither is there any Adblue available at the pumps

Definitely worth trying to avoid unless you have plenty of time to wait to refuel

So much for being a 24 hour garage waited 5 mins outside pressed the bell which clearly doesn't work for no response might as well just close it because they clearly don't want people coming there during the night

The manager of this site needs to whip his subway staff into work. Half an hour to make 2 sandwiches is a joke. The guy making the food was teaching another guy but looks like he needs training just as much. They can't speak English so you don't end up with what you ask for in the end. Poor is an understatement.

The Worst Subway ever!
The guy had no clue what he was doing and took an absolute age to make one sandwich with Bread i didnt ask for.
Then to top it off he gives me a pot of gravy so i said could i have lid? He proceeds to try and put a lid on that clearly doesnt fit so i said thats not gonna fit so he puts stickers on it.
Then i said you've not heated the gravy.
To which he didnt know what to do so i pointed out a microwave, then he didn't have a bag for me to carry it. It was like having customer service from MR. Bean. 🙈🤣🤣

As with a large amount of franchised Shell / MFG sites the toilets are disgusting. Although this site did have hand soap I just wanted to get out of there ASAP. The smell was terrible and the floors and basins were in desperate need of cleaning. SHELL / MFG get your act together!

HGV driver. Pulled into the HGV parking area the potholes were full of rain and I've driven into one ripping the air tank valve off my unit.
He still charged me for parking as I was over 2 hours waiting for the mechanic.

Both male and female toilet facilities were disgusting. Toilet pans, doors, sinks, flooring looked as though they hadn't been cleaned for months. Although we were hungry and it had been our intention to eat in the cafe, we decided against it. How can the staff who are preparing food maintain their own hygiene under such conditions?? It's a health hazard.

This the worst subway totally agree with others, it's filthy and actually didn't want to touch anything with meat in it, awful. Thrown together with no effort. Go somewhere else! Nothing like a normal subway branch?

No fuel for 3 hours as they are updating their systems. It’s a main route for trucks and putting pumps out of order for and update. Think you need the evaluate when to up date. Maybe after 10pm is a more suitable time. As of now I will be cutting up all shell cards as of today for my 40 strong fleet of trucks, then we will just use other cars provider. Absolute rubbish service. Now I have a driver sat waiting til the pumps open which now is a loss of revenue because his load will be late for delivery because she’ll has to do an update.
