The staff are lazy especially Lucy she never smiles neither but 5 stars all to that gaynor Smith shes always happy always keeping busy and never seems to let any of the customers down! Seeing her brightens my day up

A good convenience store, but the staff are lazy

Very rude staff member behind the till. I didn’t catch her name as I was busy being in shock from her rudeness. She was behind the till counting down the time to leave/shift ending very loudly.

When I was clearly struggling with my toddler who had already been bounced between and waited in 2 different queues and was asked to move back to the first queue again (due to which till could add money into specific cards), I’m told “oh move will you” when I am getting him to put back something he had picked up off the shelf by the till. Very rude! Yes it was busy but some common customer service skills wouldn’t go amiss. Won’t be returning here.

I’m sure most with young children would understand how challenging it can be at the best of times in shops, let alone when you’ve been queuing ages. I was honestly shocked.

The other reviews got it right. Slow, old, incompetent, cheeky till staff.
Essentially stole twenty quid from me by scanning a product, not putting it into the bag whilst I was distracted, not giving me a receipt and then acting like they don't know what happened when I came back 5 minutes later.

Lovely shop very clean and well stocked. The only drawback was Nicky very sullen and moody non communiticave, lighten up when your at work dont want to be brought down. Will go back if another person on till

Staff are slow and too busy chatting to serve the customers. Seems hard work just to get a smile from them.

Worst shop ever went to get a can of coke all the foods out of date the fridges are warm there’s no Cans the staff are rude and look like retards mouldy food on floor and not cleaned up no chocolate selection worst selections of items ever !!
