B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

This was my first visit to a B&M store. I was pleasantly surprised because they have an impressive range of personal care products & homeware such as household cleaners, doormats, crockery, storage boxes under one roof. More importantly, the staff were very helpful and the prices were very pocket friendly.

Excellent store with a wide range of items. The atmosphere was casual, the ambience was relaxed, the staff were professional, the mood was lucid, the feelings were mutual, the point was taken, the tongs were hammered.

I want to mention a member of staff called Lorraine from the Kingston Park store. She was so helpful. I think she was going on her break or finishing work. This was not a problem for her. She turned around with a lovely friendly smile and helped and guided me to what I needed help with. I did thank her. I know breaks are very important, thanks again Lorraine. Makes the shopping a nicer experience and will definitely shop in this store again.

Helped to change my links on my Tag Heuer as purchased bracelet in toon but had to leave so didn't get chance to size it up , staff always seem friendly

Absolutely enormous branch crammed full of food, furniture, wines/spirits, home goods etc etc plus an adjacent garden centre. Prices make other discounters look pricey. Very accessible, plenty of free parking & lots of friendly helpful staff. We'll worth a visit soon.

Big B&M with a garden. The staff are very helpful. When asked for an item staff took me to the correct aisle and explained about the product.

Good products great price a very well laid out shop

Really well stocked and great that it has the garden centre too.
Stocks most big brands of food, toiletries, laundry/household products and more. Great for hunting for toys too, as they often are a little bit cheaper at times.

I went there the other day looking for some Lavender plants and just as I was about to leave , I noticed that they have an outside arena for their plants and plant pots .

Being that I was on a Mobility Scooter , i could only buy 2 Lavender Plants and 2 Pink Plant Pots and I was more than happy to pay £2.50 each for the plants and £2.79 per plant pots .

Im always going to B&M to find some bargains for my money .

Like I have said in my past Reviews , you should be aware of your prices and I am always finding great deals for my money and a lot of stuff is a hell of a lot cheaper than the big name places .

Very friendly staff to disabled people witnessed nothing to much trouble for them .but some staff could so not standing around ignoreing customers and opening more payout tills ,very good selection in store of everything 👌

Everything you could need in one store.
Food, toys, drinks, gardening supplies, bedroom things, kitchen things, stationery, tools , etc, etc the list goes on.
Staff always friendly.
Car park is very small for the size of the store so spaces can be difficult to find.

Fabulous store, always well stocked and tidy. The staff are very helpful and there always seems to be someone nearby to assist. I would like to thank them for looking after my gran when she was feeling unwell yesterday, especially Sheridan for bringing a chair and a drink of water. Excellent customer service!

One of the few places where I can find the OH's preferred shower gel on a large bottle so always come here even if it's only for that. Bought the kids a 4 piece garden set (2 chairs, a table and parasol) for roughly £25 last year and it's still going strong. Always worth a look around. Might seem a pricey for some things but still a lot cheaper for the same product as elsewhere. I always love a bargain and this is one of my go to stores

Staff very helpful, I would like to mention Lee Patton who help carry garden furniture to my car. I had suffered from bad back after covid19.
Big store I also got paint scrapper with blades after Poundland stopped selling. I will be coming here now for my DIY stuff as have a good selection of screws, tools etc..
Also good Selection garden plants and furniture, bedding & curtains and house items.

Nice shop . young girl on the till was very nice unfortunately her till would not open . waited awhile for a supervisor then she rolled her eyes at the cashier not very nice for cashier are me

I would like to say a big "Thank you" to Frank who was so friendly and helpful when my husband and I came to buy some pebbles for the garden. He went out of his way to make things so easy for us, also helped to lift all the heavy bags into the car. A very hard working helpful member of your team, he was just there to assist everyone in this difficult time. It was a pleasure to use your store and will certainly be back.
