I must say this is one of modern looking convenience store in newcastle you find all the vapes alcohol groceries very competitive pricing and very pleasant staff not like Sainsburys local they Rip off. I am student here my first year in uni and it’s great for students they need to do better meal deal and more bakery

so so expensive and not good customer service. there has been times i’ve stood waiting so long with no server behind the till i’ve ended up just leaving. their vapes rarely work and they refuse to give a refund or replacement.

The place is ok, BUT they shouldn’t employ racist staff members like the old lady working there right now in the right till.
