Five stars for Lina, who was warmly and smilingly welcomed. aided us in selecting the appropriate hue next to the paint counter when I went a few weeks back to get some paint mixed. She was really kind and helpful, and she provided a few helpful tips.

Went to get some paint mixed up a few weeks ago, had a good chat with a nice older chap on the paint mixing counter. Genuinely very knowledgable about paint and general DIY stuff and passed on a couple of very helpful tips 👍

Everything you ever wanted in DiY is in this place. Not always the cheapest so price check online before you visit.

My wife and I visited the branch last week to get a quotation for a bathroom refurbishment, we were served by Raine from the Bathroom Design Team, she done a superb job in guiding us through the various options and ganerated a number of designs, we felt at very ease with her. Although we were very happy with her design options we did not sign to any because we found B&Q prices far exceed their competitors.
Thanks Raine for an excellent service and sorry for not picking any of your designs.

Had the item in stock, accurate as per location and quantity in store. Easy check out process through their self serve. Only thing that caught me out was after scanning like many other self serve they ask you how to pay… this just goes straight to card. Not an issue but unusual. Staff friendly and polite

Staff where friendly and so helpful. Answered all questions I had asked. Offered to bring my sink, pedestal and all my taps to the car. Definitely shopping here again.

I visited the store and bought some paints. I left my glasses and bank cards at the store and a member of the staff was kind enough to come to my house and return them. The staff at the store are always very helpful but this goes above and beyond just good service and is great service. Thanks 👍.

A very well stocked store. A good selection of paint, lighting, electrical equipment, garden plants. Also a BBQ card. Parking for disabled and entrance.

Standard B&Q but the staff here are excellent! Been a fair few times and they always have a smile on their face and always happy to help. We'll stocked and sell a vast array of DIY bits for any job.

Never went here. However past experience is very positive. Great service. Good range of products. It hasn't gone all weird like Homebase. All accesable for us disabled people. Well done.

Staff helpful as usual. Some products in short supply. We went for garden floodlights, bright ones to assist family member seeing in and out of the car after dark. Sadly nothing in stock fitted the bill.

Not good DIYers so needed help, Pippa was amazing she talked through our options, asked questions about what we were doing and what we expected the end project to look like. She made her reccommdations and explained why they were right and explained why other items were not what we needed. She added items to my list and took others off. She actually saved me money by explaining why I didn't need other "useless extras". I was very impressed with her knowledge, friendly manner, and outstanding customer service...I will be back to this particular store just for the service. I felt excited to start the project and the finish looks fantastic. Thank you B&Q but especially a big thank you to Pippa
