Outstanding service from Sam today. Credit to the other staff too; I always find them extremely pleasant and helpful.

I came in store late night and 'Laura' was just the most helpful customer service employee I ever dealt with. She scanned and packed all my shopping for me without asking, all with the friendliest smile on her face.

Her conduct is exemplary of world-class excellent customer service and she deserves a promotion and a pay rise for her hard work. At the very least.

Fabulous staff, store is lucky 2 have such a gud team. I'm always racing in minutes b4 midnite, yet staff serve me my fags with a smile, afta a long shift I find this commendable., so massive thanx 2 all of you!!

Great selection and they have a reduced trolley around 7pm, great for nightshift as they close at midnight, staff are great and happy to help
