I went last may and this place is my favorite camp site.
Staffs were friendly and the view is great and everything is convenient.
My wife and I went with our small tent.
I hope to visit again in the future.

Great stay in the glamping tents. We wish we booked it for longer.

The bus stops at the Cannaverde stop right outside the entrance, make sure you book 2 tickets so you have one you can use to leave! Otherwise you have to walk (25min on the busy road) down to the nearby town to get the ticket.

For anyone with big bags I would recommend getting them put in storage in Salerno or Sorrento and just bring a pack back with you.

Really bella, it takes some effort to get settled because of the stairs but the result is worth. Super nice view from the camping spots and well equipped kitchens. You don't have to take any cooking gear down. Basically just take a tent and you swimming gear. There is a private beach that is only accessible from the sea or from the camping. There is also a very small bar under the orange trees with a very enthusiastic bar man that will let you taste the local wines and can make a sandwich for you. Very nice owner, who told me he is building an extra elevator for next year to bring you luggage down. Showers are not to good but take it or leave it! Would recommend if you want to avoid the busy campsites and want to explore this beautiful coast line! Reachable by public transport from Napels.

This place is STUNNING! A campsite built on the Amalfi coast cliffs, with a 180 view over the bay and the sea! If that wasn't enough, you will be camping underneath the gentle shade of the lemon trees that climb over pergolas across the whole campsite...and you can taste them! The staff and the owners are professional and welcoming and the atmosphere at the campsite is great. There are fully equipped kitchens free for guests to use and fridges and freezers too for your Limoncello. The only things to keep in mind is that there are steep steps to access the camping, so it's not suitable for small children or people that cannot easily walk up and down the stairs. Moreover, since parking is a rare good all across the Amalfi area, you need to leave the keys of the car at reception so they can make sure all cars are safely parked and moved around to accomodate guests arriving and leaving. But don't worry, you are in safe hands as the parking people are masters of car Tetris and will get your car in and out in the blink of an eye! Totally worth it and beautiful, beautiful views. Would definitely recommend, one of the most stunning, romantic campings we've ever stayed at!!!

Best campsite we have ever been! :) Although it is quite expensive (20€ per person per night in your own tent in september) it is absolutely worth it! The campsite is build on the hillside so you have a beautiful view over the ocean. We had a very nice spot under lemon trees view a great view over a small bay. To get to the bay you have to swim the last few meters but therefore you have a very nice beach for yourself (you can only access the bay via the campsite or by boat). On the campsite there are two open kitchen which are well equipped. If you love the nature and are looking for a quite and small campsite this one is perfect for you :)

Incredible camping, so quiet and relaxed! The pitches all have great views, the beach is accessible only by swimming, you walk down some steps and jump off the rocks into the water and then just swim a short way to get to the beach. Be warned, top to bottom of the campsite is a lot of steps so travel light and come prepared. There is a lift for the luggage, but only luggage at this stage. There are two excellent kitchens with everything you might need to cook, showers everywhere, inside ones and outside ones. Ventura is the owner, he is so helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. I took my partner and my parents in their 60s (a little struggle with the steps for them but after a few times they were fine!) to stay for a few nights, everyone loved it! Can't recommend enough!

We had a wonderful time camping at Bella Gaia with our own tent. Kitchen, restrooms and shower right next to the camp side which is covered by lemon trees - and the best part is the view and the private beach that only guests and people by boat can access. Highly recommendable!

Most beautiful campsite with the loveliest landlords I've ever been. It really is an old and still used lemon plant, so you sleep under cozy and shadow spending leaves with the sea directly in front of you. The beach beneath can literally only be reached by the campsite or by boat and there must be a reason for locals to come to the bay with their boats on the weekends. Yes, you need to take 300 steps down to the campsite and 50 to the bay, but totally worth it for this silent, beautiful and authentic oasis at the otherwise overcrowded Amalfi coast. And on the tent-level there are 2 fully equipped kitchens, dozen sun loungers, chairs, tables, baths and 3 outdoor-showers with view over the whole coast, so you only need to bring down your very essentials. We spent 20€ per person and 10€ for car parking per night in July - compared to other campsites around Amalfi very cheap and for sure the best choice you could make. Planned to continue travelling after 4 nights but it was way too beautiful - stayed for 2.5 weeks in the end, and definitely coming back here!

Heaven on earth. Camped there for two nights early April. The stairs are worth camping under the lemon trees. The owners could not have been more helpful. Clean bathroom — yes we had to walk up a flight of stairs but they were clean and had hot water. So far it’s the highlight of our trip

We had a wonderful time spending our honeymoon at this glamorous campsite in June! Perfect atmosphere and lovely hosts! You can walk to Maiori and the bus stops in front of the campsite- so its good even without a car! We certainly recommend a stay here!

What a beautiful experience. I went to Bella Baia with my mom and my sister for a vacation. From everything we saw at Costa Amalfitana, the glamping was the most wonderful experience. We slept in their glamping tent. Every tent has it's own terrace covered with lemon trees, two private outdoor showers, private little kitchen, and a place to eat. It's made to be so private even though you are out in the open. Every tent has a beautiful view of the sea. From the campsite there is the only way towards the most beautiful beach that we saw there - Cavallo morto beach. Did I mention that they make their own wine and limoncello? Ahh. A place to come back to, over and over again. And the owner's hospitality is a story for itself. Thank you!

Bella Baia is truly a special place! we were 4 of us and looked for soemthing different on the Amalfi coast, we really wanted to be by the sea. Ventura warmly welcomed us and led us down the stairs, directly by the coast. He showed us a couple of places to choose from to set base. The open and well equipped kitchens gave us the freedom to cook our own meal, we then dined under the stars at night. Toilets and showers were easily accessible and real feel of showering in nature! We took down the tent at 10 the next day but could stay as long as we wished on sight before leaving. We almost had a swim to the private beach if it was not for the rough seas. It gives you the sense of adventure with everything in reach, very good if you do not want to take too much with you and travelling light. Only suggestion is not to forget anything in your car if you set up your own tent as its circa 300 stairs to the bottom depending were you set camp. Loved it, 5 stars! Thank you Benjamina and Ventura!

Amazing place for camping at the amalfi coast. Staff are really nice and helpful and you get to pitch your tent under lemon trees basically right above the sea. The camping ground lies some 300 steps below street level but there is a lift that helps with the luggage. Would definitely recommend and come again!

Spent 3 nights at this little slice of paradise in a lovely tent with bbq, outdoor shower and sink that overlooks the ocean! Will never forget cleaning my teeth while seeing the moon glisten off the med!

It's a working lemon plantation so you're surrounded by trees and lemons and people at work here and there. The camping aspect can feel a little like an add on as there are bits of equipment here and there and the kitchen facilities a bit of a hodge podge but once you get over this fact it's actually a really enjoyable part of the experience.

You can walk down the hill to sunbathe on some rocks right on the sea and jump in and climb off easily. There's a small beach but you need to swim to it, which makes taking a towel not possible without a waterproof bag. The rocks are fine though.

Final point to note is that the campsite is on a steep hill with a LOT of steps. Getting around to use the facilities can be a test of the heart and lungs! Definitely left a lot fitter than i arrived. Ben the owner was fantastic and very helpful and even gave us a free bottle of limoncello made by the lemons there as a leaving present. Wouls love to return.

That is a nice place to pitch your tent under lemon trees and with awesome view on sea. Staff speak english well and support you by whatsapp with instruction how-to-find a way. It is nice to be in a good physical form, there is a long stairs, so be ready for a small cardio training

Be prepared for steps, not the '00s pop group, the concrete and stone things. Seriously, steps, many many steps.
Once you've got over those you'll be fine.

This place is an active lemoncello producer, so expect lemons.
You can sleep under the lemon trees in your own tent, or use their teepees or apartments.
Toilets, showers, gas cookers, fridges, freezers.
You absolutely have to take the steps down to the private bay and dive in to the crystal clear water.
Great host, super helpful.
Steps and lemons, steps and lemons.

Beautiful and astonishing camping and glamping spot. Absolute best place at the Amalfi coast, as far as I can tell. We could sleep under lemon trees and there is a direct path to the bay area. Good vibes and nice people there!

See you soon, saluto Giorgio.

This place will be the most beautiful camping you ever go to. We put our tent under the lemontrees and had much privacy with a direct view at the sea. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook your oen dinner. There is a bus but really recommend coming with a car, maiori is a 5 minute drive. Fresh lemond, grapes, kieis, figs!

Most amazing experience by far. It's beautiful. The owner is very helpful. It close to all the popular spots. Don't look any further. Stay here. Words and pictures do not do this place justice.
