Hotel San Francesco

The staff is Super friendly and helpful. A few of them speak English very well so it was easy to communicate and get anything we needed. They also bent over backwards to help when we had a small issue with our door lock/latch. The only downside I could mention is that the beach is a separate cost that varies based on the season, so when we came in July it was $40 a day! At least you can use the pool for free! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful each morning, and the staff will rush to get you anything else you need.

Gorgeous and comfy little beachfront hotel in the beautiful quaint yet super lit little town of Maiori. They are very communicative, attentive, polite and service is top tier. They're breakfast is great too, they're service staff are warm and friendly and they make a heck of a cappuccino! Look forward to staying again!

We chose this hotel as base to visit Amalfi Coast and couldn't chose better! The hotel itself is of age and room interiors look dated but it's squeaky clean! It's located right at the harbor where you take the ferry to other cities and it's not busy at all! The staff are all extremely friendly and the breakfast very good! I would recommend this to everyone.

I'm very satisfied with just about everything with this hotel, but besides the location, breakfast and the rooms I want to express my gratitude towards the very polite and friendly staff here. They even gave us rides to and from Minori town for our restaurant visits.

This hotel is nice and convinient walk to a lot of restaurants and bars in the Transtevere area. Their breakfast menu items are simple. The staff are helpful.
Will I stay there again? YES!!!

The Hotel San Francesco was a nice place to stay in Maiori. The Hotel has it’s own beach access and is one of the few places on the Amalfi Coast with plenty of room to walk along the beach. The hotel is just a short walk from the ferry where you can purchase tickets to visit Minori, Amalfi and Positano. The breakfast staff was great each morning and would bring you freshly made omelets and coffee to start your day.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in early May and enjoyed our stay very much. All of the staff at the hotel are very accommodating and the rates are reasonable. The breakfast is quite nice. It's a short walk from the ferry dock, which we utilized and we really liked how Maiori is a bit quieter than the bigger towns on the Amalfi coast because it provides a less crowded, more relaxing environment.

The most helpf staff I have ever met!
We have visited many hotels and I can honestly say that San Francesco has the most helpful, dedicated staff! They always greet you with smile, has a small talk with you and your kids, does everything to make you happy! It seems that they all are a family and own this hotel as they run it each day as it is their own. Food is great too! Tried to go around and try some local restaurants, but later we have settled to eat at the hotel as we really enjoyed the food. Also, we really enjoyed the Italian interior. Authentic and charming. Pool is nearby, very well upkept.

Located across the road from the beach, the views and close proximity to the ferry service, it's a perfect spot. The staff, room, patio, breakfast spread, and overall ambience was 2nd to none. Very highly recommended 🙌

Exellent hotel with great location, staff is amazing and very friendly, help you with any situation, really close to ferry boate to go to another small towns on amalfi coast and visit ir. higlhty recomend this hotel

My wife and I are traveling through the amalfi coast line and pulled over to this nice looking hotel we were immediately greeted at our car and told that they had availability... the Room was clean with a view of the ocean and the staff has treated us like family ... the next morning we decided to stay another day and asked about laundry they took our laundry and said we will do it for you no charge! I don't know anywhere that gives this kind of service and makes you feel so welcome

Angelo, Manuella and Franco are the wonderful hosts they really looked after us and when I told them my brother was joining in they were very accommodating giving us quality rooms and exceptional service! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great Italian experience 🙌🏽

Beautiful place, service with a smile, very helpful staff, and a nice pool by the water for splashing in or relaxing a little.
Delicious food, breakfast and dinner at the hotel or lunch by the pool.
