Fabulous bar, full of locals, all ages, we returned every night we stayed in Stresa. Complimentary tapas and really reasonable drinks. Sometimes live music. Fabulous friendly service. Almost want to keep it a secret!

Went for a Friday night drink, lots of people, all locals- great to see everyone enjoying themselves (including the staff). Nice selection of aperitivo snacks set up on the bar, easy to go and help yourself. Looks like it would be a great coffee place, will have to save that for next time.

The absolute BEST place in Stresa. Amazing coffee, generous and tasty aperitivo, kind staff. Great family-like atmosphere. Often attended by the locals and rightfully so, it is a precious gem. Nice and central location as well. The wine is very good and served well.

Great place to have a drink. You order a prosecco and they offer you a plate of jam, cheese, olives and bread. Great service and fair prices. 👍

Very nice authentic bar! The wine is great, the staff is really nice and the small plate with cold cuts and cheese is delicious! We would defenitely come back here.

Very nice place in a chilly atmosphere along the street to share a coffee or glass of wine served by super friendly staff. Also possibility to buy coffee in grains.

Excellent Service and food. The rooms are super clean and the hotel is very nice. Short walking distance to everywhere.

Tiny, crowded, nicely informal. Outstanding choice of wines at unbeatable price. Not to lay down and relax, perfect for a quick integration with the local community and aperitif habits!

We got here by coincidence and immediately loved the place. The cappuccino is awesome: the milk foam is top-notch and the atmosphere inside at the bar is super friendly and cozy. The lamps consist of caffetera’s and the tables are a mix of wine barrels and wooden tables.

Indeed, it caught us and we decided to stay longer for a Prosecco and a wine as an Italian start of the day. Both were super tasty and we didn’t leave it with just one ...;) The snack is tasty and fits perfectly along with the alcoholic beverage. Plus we were surrounded by Italians what is a benefit because Stresa is really touristic. So to find at least some locals among the tourists is a big plus. Just leave the very touristic part and move to one of the streets further out.

Highly recommended - it’s perfect for a relaxed morning/afternoon/day 😁

This place is a spark of local life in an otherwise touristy area. The service was excellent, the drinks affordable and there were free, constantly replenished bar snacks. It seemed packed with locals and regulars.
