Had confused my dates and realized my tickets were for the day prior. Called them on a Sunday and they answered! Spoke perfect English. Told me what to do and bring old tickets back and they would fully refund. Amazing. Truly professional and honest travel agency. Thanks.

Excellent English Speakers. Very helpful for any travel request. You can buy your island ferry tickets here at no extra cost - they'll tell you everything you need to know about the ferries and the ticket types.

You can also use them to book tours further afield.

These folks are sooo helpful, patient, kind, had all the answers to our questions. Fluent in English. I wish that there was a way to give them 10 stars!!!

Once you met Marta you know you are in the right place and the right time. She is genuinely nice, attentive, a very good professional who will go the extramile to make you feel confident that when you are walking out of there you have all the info that you need in order to enjoy the trips booked. Followed all her recommendations which made my stay in Stresa so welcoming and enjoyable. Her tips on local restaurants were great too and I had some fab dine out experiences.

Our hotel recommended we stop here to purchase train tickets for a trip to Locarno since we would be using two different trains, including the mountain train. They were friendly, fast and gave us perfect information. We stopped back the next day to purchase local ferry tickets to the islands just off Stresa. Again, they were most helpful and explained our options very well. I'd highly recommend using there service....there was no charge to purchase tickets through them and they provided great inforamtion!
