The Gusti Bus

Hit this spot after finishing up a day of touring wineries. 10/10 Burger, 10/10 Pulled pork. Good selection of beers. Outdoor set up felt like a campsite. All we needed was a bonfire. Bravo.

I love this burger place, on a small street in the countryside they have excellent burgers combined with great craft beers. Also a great place to watch the EM. Giulio & team, keep it up! 😎

Our last day on vacation I wanted a break from all the pasta and there was this Gusti Bus about a 10 minutes of walk from our hotel, little did I know that this is not only going to be the best burger of my life but also the best food I had in Montalcino. Don’t miss this gem !

We were not expecting it at all but the Gusti Bus honestly has some of the best burgers in the world prepared by Jacobo, a super interesting chef with influences from all over the world.

Just do yourself a favor and go. Just go. This place is awesome! Great atmosphere, fantastic service, delicious burgers and craft beers. If you want a suggestion, go for the onion burger. Fantastic. What an experience! Grazie, ragazzi!

This is THE SPOT.... If you would like an imaginative way to recreate a simple dish like a burger or pulled pork sandwich with local flavor and absolute quality tuscan meat, (I mean Guancia for pulled pork, Bellissimo)... The vibe, the spot in the park, what else do you need for comfort food like burgers oh yes a nice beer....!! They got a great selection of various kinds...

Disregard the maniac Vegan 1Start review down below.. (I mean what do you expect at a BURGER TRUCk....) that person needs to be drawn and quartered, the entitlement is ridiculous...

Brilliant place run by two super-friendly characters. We came around 9:30pm after giving up on parking in Montalcino, feeling a bit stressed and defeated. These gentlemen’s enthusiasm and hospitality perked us right back up. Chatted us up while making great burger and pulled pork sandwiches, gave us a free beer, and completely turned the night around.

Wow !!!!!!! The pulled pork is amazing , best ever !!!( Toscane style ) and the chianina burger is great!

Nice beer selection, passionate and friendly owner with awesome seats near the bus.

If you’re in Italy you should make sure you make a stop here , it’s worth the detour !! Can’t wait to come back.

Thanks to Giulio and Jacopo for welcoming me for an amazing meal. The setting at Gusti Bus is amazing, open and cozy. The two amazing gentlemen are true connoisseurs of Montalcino food and wine with unbelievable insight on the area. If you are new to Montalcino I highly recommend stopping here for even a quick drink and chat. Amazing people, amazing food, couldn't recommend more.

Very well worth turning around and go back for a stop with the most friendly service, ice cold beers and best burger. Keep up the good stuff. Me gusta the Gusti buzzz!

The best burger and pulled pork I've ever had in my life. Must visit. And the team is super friendly and fun!

The food was very delicious and Fresh. The owner is kind person. The place is in the middle of nature. If you are near by, we definitly recomend visit. 12 points from Slovenija. We sure be back.

Just outside Montalcino food truck heaven! If burger doesn’t feel “Italy” …trust me the experience of a passionate italian foodie approach is excellent!

We were heading back to our rental and all the local restaurants had shut down and there in the woods with patio lights shining was the Gusti Bus! Open and serving outstanding food and beer! But best of all was the friendly and gregarious treatment we received! Great guys, great food!! Thx!!
