Stayed for a week with my partner and his parents and we all agreed this is the nicest all-inclusive we've stayed at. The rooms are lovely, the food is great, and the staff is nice. Lots of attention to detail. It was nice to have about a 15-minute walk to the center of town. Plus it is on a beautiful spot right on the water.

Note: the resort does not include a beach, but there is a little dock where you can drop down to the water and there was a lifeguard when we were there.

The staff and food are fantastic. We have never been treated better or eaten better. The hotels and grounds are immaculate with tons of marble. The snorkeling right off the property is good and you are right downtown close to tons of shopping. 20 min boat ride to dive sites and their own dock so its easy for boats to pick you up for dives. They have a dive operator on site, however, i chose to use Dive Martin. The whole week was fantastic.

Traveled over the Christmas holiday, 2 adults, 2 teens. The room was clean, nice and spacious (larger bed would have been nicer, but the room would have been tighter). All the employees were great and helpful. They really are there to help.

Short 5-10 minute walk to shopping, and safe.

Snorkeling right there provided great things to see, eels, lion fish, puffers, flounders, rays, and lots of other colorful fish. You can use their masks, paddle boards, and stuff.

Food was good, I did like the options at the Cancun palace better (resort was a little nicer too, people were just as great though). But the water was way better at Cozumel. And the water is what we came for. It was fantastic!!

If you want a beach to walk, this is not it. They have a nice sandy area, but it is not a shell searching beach. So take a day trip to a beach if you need that.

Nestled along the pristine shores of Cozumel, this resort is an absolute gem. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, we were enveloped in luxury and tranquility. The warm, welcoming staff greeted us with genuine smiles, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay.

The accommodations exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the crystal-clear waters. The attention to detail was impeccable, with every amenity thoughtfully provided for our comfort.

One of the highlights of our stay was the culinary experience. The resort boasts an array of dining options, each offering delectable dishes crafted from the freshest ingredients. Whether we were indulging in local specialties at the beachside restaurant or savoring international cuisine at the fine dining establishment, every meal was a culinary delight.

The resort's amenities were equally impressive. We spent our days lounging by the infinity pool, soaking up the sun and sipping on refreshing cocktails served by attentive staff. For adventure-seekers, there were countless activities to choose from, including snorkeling, scuba diving, and sunset cruises.

What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the impeccable service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and our expectations exceeded. Whether it was arranging transportation, organizing excursions, or simply offering a warm smile and friendly conversation, their hospitality was unmatched.

In conclusion, our stay at this resort was nothing short of magical. From the stunning surroundings to the impeccable service, every moment was a testament to the beauty and charm of Cozumel. We cannot wait to return and create more unforgettable memories in this tropical paradise.

We stayed at palace hotel in August. The best part of this place is the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests have a memorable experience. We had some issues regarding dress code and appointments at their restaurants but the way chef, restaurant manager and shift manager took care of us as we celebrated marriage anniversary. They made it a special night.

Scuba diving instruction was on site and they take you for the dive straight from the hotel which was convenient. Scuba instructor was very friendly, clam and made sure our first dive experience was filled with memories. Definitely recommend to try if you are in Cozumel.

P.S:- it’s been a few months from our stay and do not want to add wrong names for the staff.

Great stay... the BEST part is the scuba diving! Took my certification from here, and Vanessa was AMAZING! Can't say enough about how amazing she was and the diving is! Even hired Vanessa as a private guide on a dive after certification! Best place to stay if going for subs dives! Do watch fine print and wording when booking with points for reservations for spa and excursion etc they can be a little misleading!

I am very impressed with this resort. Let's start with the room. The towels are superior, the linens are very nice and the bed is extremely comfortable. I enjoyed every restaurant the service was perfect.

We loved this resort. It was small, compact, and close to shopping. There is no sandy beach, but if you are a diving, snorkeling, paddleboarding enthusiast, this is the place for you. Just jump off the pier, and you are right there. The food was good enough and the staff was helpful and friendly. This place does not have a casino or nightclub, so if you are looking for a lot of nightlife, go elsewhere. They do have outdoor evening entertainment. But if you want an easy, laid-back experience, I suggest you make the visit. Take a taxi from the airport. It is less money than the shuttle prices if you have multiple passengers. Around $15-20 for the taxi and $12-13 per person for a shuttle. The ride is less than 15 minutes. Taxis are always available outside the resort to take you back with no pre-booked reservation.

This resort has been above and beyond our wildest dreams. The foods, drinks, amenities, and services provided from every single beautiful person here has made an everlasting impression that we will bring home with us and remember forever.
Our first time visiting, and we're going home to look into becoming members if that tells you anything. This trip has been hands down the most beautiful experience, aside from our wedding last week. What a way to spend a honeymoon. I'm still floating on these waves. Thank you all from the bottom of our Tennessee hearts.

this place is amazing! the views are breathtaking. you can snorkel, paddle board and kayak.

they have activities daily, several times a day. the entertainment team is the BEST!

rooms are the perfect size and include a jacuzzi. all rooms are ocean front and have a hammock on the balconies.

the entire staff is awesome. very friendly and attentive.

Asian food - great
Mexican food - ok
Italian food - ok
flamingo's steakhouse - gross
flamingo's food - good
room service food - good
breakfast and lunch buffet - great

the couples massage was fantastic!

be aware that you will have to sit through a 90 minute presentation and 3 different people will attempt to sell you a membership. it sucked. but don't let that deter you!

Small, simple and beautiful resort. A little disappointed with some of the dining options (never got to try Indian restaurant). Very easy to get to and from airport and close to shopping areas.
Water was AMAZING...plenty to see snorkeling right off resort dock.

A private oasis, with wonderful amenities. No "beach", but lovely waterfront, and activities. Loved seeing the cruise ships embarking both day & night.

Small, quiet resort with great personal service, great rooms, etc. Typo won't regret it but it's not a place to go on the cheap

We come here once a year, my in-laws several times a year. Private dock where dive boats pick up divers, I think dives happen everyday. You can get certified right there at the resort and they even have a program for young divers,"Bubble Makers."

There are 2 different areas you can get into the ocean and there's lots of tropical fish, especially early in the morning. Lots of activities available at the resort, and tours you can sign up for outside of the resort. I HIGHLY recommend the El Cielo Snorkel tour, we've been out there twice now and it's always a highlight.

Martha deserves a raise, she's the friendliest woman I think I've ever met and always greets us with a hug. Same with Joel, his wine tasting's are something we look forward to all year! The staff here @ Cozumel Palace are what really set them apart. It's a much more relaxed environment than those on the mainland and everyone who works here seems genuinely happy to see you, they even help me practice my terrible Spanish ^_^

Pretty close to the ferry and shopping (Chedraui is right across the street). You can get a scooter for $20/day and explore the whole island.

Amazing experience, particularly the staff who work extremely hard to make your stay top class. The food is as good as any I have experienced worldwide with great menus and variety. The location is good for a quick snorkel out the front in the sea or a dip in the pool. We did visit another Palace resort on the mainland but we found this one the most comfortable friendly and welcoming.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cozumel Palace, an all-inclusive resort on the mesmerizing island of Cozumel. This place is an underappreciated gem! As an enthusiast for underwater adventures, I can confidently say that Cozumel is a diver's paradise. The underwater spectacle is unmatched, and the Cozumel Palace serves as the perfect base for such escapades.

From the outset, the culinary delights of the resort captivated my senses. Their Indian food, in particular, was nothing short of exceptional - a gastronomic journey that I'd recommend to any visitor. While the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, special mentions are due for Marahi and Antonio at the Indian restaurant, Javier at the pool bar, Bryan at the Italian restaurant, and Hanna at the buffet. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, reflecting the resort management's commitment to excellence.

The Cozumel Palace didn't just win me over with its food. The comfort of the beds is unparalleled, and I dare say, the best I've ever encountered in my extensive travels. The panoramic view from the resort offers serenity, while the swimming pool provides a refreshing dip. Each room comes equipped with an indulgent hot tub, further elevating the luxury quotient of the resort.

Now, while I found the entire experience to be of great value, I'd like to offer a word of caution regarding the "resort credits." They come with certain stipulations that might not appeal to all. However, for fellow divers, they can be redeemed for scuba diving sessions, which is a delightful bonus.

On a related note, if diving is on your agenda, I can't recommend Scuba Tony enough. Their expertise and service quality enhanced our underwater adventures manifold.

In conclusion, the Cozumel Palace is more than just a resort; it's an experience that remains with you long after your stay. A true testament to the beauty and hospitality of Cozumel.

Beautiful resort with amazing food. The only issue we had at check in was the bed size ; our reservation was for a king and that was not available so they moved us to double beds.
