Stopped by on cruise and purchased a ring. I was told that they offer the same warranty as diamonds international. I don't believe this is true because the information that they promised would be sent to me has never came. My ring is nice which is why I've given two stars. Two of the smaller stones came out within one month of having it which sucks. They don't have a website or email address. There are tons of Touch of Gold stores but they are not the same company. Do not get tricked like I did. Unfortunately, because I have no way of reaching them I will be booking another cruise to Cozumel just to get my diamonds reset.

The owner reached out via email after my review and provided what I needed! My stones were tightened and I have not had any problems since. My husband and I stopped by again when we went on another cruise and spoke with the owner. We ended up purchasing some necklaces from them. I am completely satisfied with all of my purchases now that everything has been made right with my ring.

Friendly and helpful staff good deals especially if you combo buy. I would come here if your looking for some different varieties of precious or semi-precious stones(ex.blue topaz, amethyst) or gold/silver necklaces. They have pearls too they are cultivated but they're very nice.

I was very disappointed I was on a cruise to Cozumel Nov. 16-20, 2023. I went there because I wanted to purchase the Bella necklace and when I arrived they told me they did not have any, but my sister who went 3 hours later was able to purchase two. This is why I give them one star, they are selective on their customes.

I would give them zero stars if I could given the fact that they sold me a fake gold bracelet got home it turned into a crunchy metal green mess.
