Cottonwood Animal Hospital

Our cat was sick and needed to be put to sleep. The vet was so kind and compassionate. She explained everything in detail and in such a sweet manner. She offered to give us privacy and told us to take as long as we needed to say our final goodbye. She even gave me a hug afterward. I really loved and appreciated the staff and the gentleness they offered me and my cat. I would highly recommend!

I stopped in to pick up some pet supplies. Sadly, there was a family there having their pet euthanized. Kindly, thoughtfully, those of us in the lobby area were made aware and the clinic had a single candle lit. It was a lovely touch. Thoughtful. Unexpected. XOXO

Are alittle pricey, but definitely worth it! All the vets and staff are great! They don't rush appointments, take their time to listen to you, then give their insight. Best vets I have ever been too!

They are the best veterinarian office in our town. I switched from the other one to Cottonwood and It's a bit more expensive than the other choice but it is also the better choice. Doctors that care and are knowledgeable about their jobs. I love it and will continue to take my dogs here.

My cat and I came here for a check up and yearly shots. The staff was very nice and super gentle when handling my cat. They were very informative and knowledgeable. They did a very good job at keeping my cat on the table when she tried to run off or jump off the table many times. Overall fast, affordable price, and just some of the nicest people you can ask for.

Our dog died very unexpectedly. The vet and a staff member met us at the clinic as soon as we could get there after hours. They were very kind and compassionate. Our dogs have always received great care there.

Great staff, including a kitty cat! Friendly and knowledgeable veterinarians! Highly recommend this animal hospital for your pet's needs!

They took very good care of my Ginger. She is doing great after her c section and spay.

Always the place I take my pets for their veterinarian needs, friendly professional staff, in and out rather quickly. All around a pleasant atmosphere.

We cane by a momma cat and her kittens at the local dump that were in desperate need of help.. we brought them here and they were welcomed with open arms and much loving and gentle care. It was refreshing to see people professional and loving towards these poor animals in need.

Dr Lancaster is amazing and very kind with my animals I bring in to him. Very knowledgeable and very helpful when I need it.

Love this place, they treat us like family.

I am very pleased with the people and service at Cottonwood Animal Hospital. From the beginning of the visit thru the end, we are always greeted with enthusiasm, kindness and complete professionalism. They always explain what they are doing and why. Im so happy I chose them to provide Charlie Boy's care. A wonderful place and wonderful people who show they truly care!

Great experience. They were able to get my injured cat in last minute. No wait time when we got there and they brought him straight back to fix him up. They treated him with care and got us out the door in less than an hour. On top of that, the cost of treatment was more than reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Our experience has been wonderful every time we are there. They remember our fur baby and treat her with loving care. They respond to our questions in a way we can understand how to care better for our fur baby.

I can not express my gratitude enough for the caring,compassionate treatment you showed to Jackie, my husband and I. While it was not the outcome we wanted, I am extremely thankful for you guys at our time of sorrow and grief. I want to extend a special thank you to the tech who took the time to do something that was not expected of her, she will never know how much that meant to me.

All 7 of my dogs were cared for by your doctor's and staff and I just drove from Leavenworth to have one of my new additions cared for by your office. When it comes to the most critical care I would trust no one else with my pets. Thank you for all your excellent service and care.

Everyone was really courteous and polite, gave me a peace of my mind that my new puppy is fine :) also are very knowledgeable regarding the breed and provided very helpful tips for keeping her healthy in the future! Look forward to continue working with them throughout my pups life :)

Great veterinarian, Dr. Trent takes care of my diva Persian cat and has come in after hours several times now to accommodate my crazy schedule. Boarding rates are reasonable also. I highly recommend. Yes they may be higher than some vets, but their service is impeccable. And they have a very friendly office kitty who helps you fill out paperwork :)

My cat Baloo has been at this vet every 2 weeks since January because he has loads of medical issues. I would not take him anywhere else. Dr. Lancaster and Dr. Laura Erwin are always so patient with us and you can tell that they genuinely care for you and your animal. They also get him in on a whim for me when we he needs it. I will also say that every single staff member we have encountered has been so pleasant and kind. This is a phenomenal vet practice and i'm so glad I can trust someone to love my cat as much as I do.
