Great staff and no pushy salesman. Just decent, honest people wanting to help you get the right RV. My wife and I just happened to come across an add for a used toy hauler they had in stock so we stopped by and wound up buying it. They glady answered the many questions we had since we haven't owned one before and let us take our time looking it over. Even hooked it up to electricity and filled it with water so we could test everything out ourselves. If you're looking to purchase a new or used RV I would highly suggest Midwest RV. My family and I couldn't be happier with our purchase and when it comes time to upgrade well definitely make our way back out to see them.

We have done business at Midwest RV for a number of years. We have bought two 5th wheels and have bought numerous accessories including a washer and dryer. We have used the service department several times. Every experience we have had with Larry and the Midwest RV staff has been an over top experience. Great service starts with a great owner! Larry is truly a person that cares about every experience his customers have!

In the middle of several days in a row above 100°F, my rooftop AC unit blew a capacitor. These folks were the only ones close by with a replacement in stock, and it was an exact replacement, too. Great service and price, friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend highly.

We love this place! Purchased or RV here 2 years ago and they have taken amazing care of us ever since! Will never go anywhere else!!

Had a power surge and consequently an electrical system failure on our travel trailer. Since I was close by I went to the shop and spoke with Adam. He told me to bring it in. I was back within 30 minutes. He told me he would check it over and give me a call. The inverter, microwave, and refrigerator were fried! He told me he would order the parts and have reassembled and ready to go within several days. True to his word he called several days later. It has now been about six weeks later...we have had opportunity to camp and test the system out now. Everything works like new!
I am very pleased with the work performed. Adam Gentry, whom is the Shop Mgr., was a life saver for us.

Our camper was at Camping World for 2 weeks before they even looked at it and we had an appointment.
My husband told them the axles were bent. The technician looked at it and told us they couldn’t help us. They said they don’t have the equipment to align the axles.
We drove to Midwest RV and Larry told us in less than a minute that he could help us.
We are fixed and back on the road. I recommend them highly!

I've used Midwest several times over the past couple of years. They replaced the roof & toilet in my horse trailer, an AC on a camper, and installed a gooseneck receiver in my truck. They're super easy to work with and reasonably priced.

Simply the best, strongest, most awesome customer service around Ottawa, KS!! We had never used them before, but they came highly recommended by 2 of our neighbors, and we are definitely returning customers because our neighbors were right, they get the job done fast and right the first time!! We have a proper working furnace, and are officially ready for winter!! I could not be any happier a customer, but I am more relieved as a momma!! Thank you guys for going above and beyond and taking care of us!!

Bought our first fifth wheel here and Larry and company have been so good to work with. Skip the big dealers and make the drive to this place, it's worth it. They are so easy to work with and answer questions 24/7. My husband text them questions constantly and they always respond like when we are 14 hours away on our first camping expedition. Would definitely recommend this place, there aren't all lot of places with customer service like they provide anymore.

We had a great experience with Larry and everyone at Midwest RV. We purchased a used RV with a wonderful floor-plan. It was in great shape, extremely clean, and a fantastic deal - especially when compared with other RVs we'd been looking at in the same price range. We ended up spending less money for 5th wheel that was much better suited for us than other others we’d seen.

There were a few issues that we noticed within the warranty period and they went above and beyond to resolve those things. They do great work and I would not hesitate to recommend Midwest RV to anyone looking for a great deal and a magnificent team of people wanting to make sure you are pleased with your purchase.

Where to start, went there to buy a cyclone but the garage wasn't big enough. Joe showed me a few others, ended up buying a fuzion chrome. Great group of guys there, the mechanics and shop hands stayed until midnight getting it inspected and serviced out for me since it was a fresh one they just got in. Not one complaint from the guys just got after it and got it done. Very knowledgeable with the walk around and answered every question I had. Joe was great to work with, very helpful and made me a great deal. Would definitely recommend Midwest RV on your next purchase. These guys are the best! We bought a WONDERFUL Heartland Oakmont from them. They worked tirelessly to get us financing on a used unit and have continued to be of service for everything we have needed. It has been 2 years and they still continue to provide service above and beyond!

I couldn’t be happier with Midwest RV. I’ve bought tons of campers and never had the customer service we had on this camper. He had great customer service from day one. We’ve owned this camper for 3 months and still have questions from time to time and we can call Larry and crew and they answer the phone every time and have no problem to help me out.

We have been to many RV places throughout the years. KC, Denver, Houston, Dallas, and other places in Texas. But have had our best experiences here. Mr. Knight has been very helpful and honest with us. Not many places will help walk you through repairs before paying them to do it.
