Andy's Wrecker & Repair 24-hour Tow

These guys are the most professional and outstanding group of men I've ever seen. In a mechanic shop, the tow was great. The repair of my vehicle was extremely reasonable and I was back on the road. The exact same day, 100% 8 + 5 stars.

I needed a tow from Ottawa to Kansas City and was referred to Andy's. Doing business with Andy's was a great experience. They arrived when they said they would, treated my injured vehicle with care, and safely towed it 46 miles. They also quoted me a price and kept that price.

I hope I don't need another tow for a long time but if you need one, these guys are great. Additionally, the person who helped me schedule the tow was also great.

Andy is super nice l! Helped us changed tire in a cold rainy night. Very professional, and highly recommend to anyone need repair or tow service!

Andy's was out and about when my car stalled here in a busy intersection for a tow.

With the help of great people I was able to push the car out of there and into the side lane where Andy's tow truck came to pick up the car.

Josh was quick and put me at ease with his calm and experienced demeanor. We got the car to the shop of my choice really fast.

If I could leave 5,000 stars I would! Andy’s Wrecker & Repair and Josh were so good to us! Our car died on a road trip later in the evening and it was bitterly cold. Josh got to us (three people, two cats, and a dog) quickly and dropped us off safely at a hotel before taking our vehicle to the dealership for us. He even helped us carry our luggage to our room! All in all he went above and beyond and had a great attitude the entire time. Thank you so much Josh!! You were a lifesaver!

Excellent service! I called them up to see if they could move a mid size escavator for me and he jumped right on it. I text him the two pin drops and he got right back with a price which was pretty reasonable! I highly recommend them!

I was stranded on 35 with a flat tire. Andy's wrecker came to my rescue! He loaded me and my car up and took me to the place that he recommended to fix my tire.Anderson tire was quick and efficient. Josh was the best! Got to us timely on a very cold night on the side of the interstate. Towed us (3 people and 3 animals) to a hotel and then took our car to a local dealership for us and put our keys in the dropbox so we could call the dealer in the morning. Gave us all the contact information we needed for the dealership! He even helped us carry our luggage to our hotel room! He went above and beyond and we are so grateful.

I deal with a lot of tow yards, the people at Andy's were the most pleasant to deal with. They went out of way to check the car I was coming to pick up, so I could be completely prepared. I wish all tow yards were like Andy's, unfortunately they are not. Two thumbs up and 5 stars. Under the circumstances, it was great doing business with them.

My grandson had a blowout on the way back from Oklahoma City late at night. The ENTIRE experience with Andy's was absolutely wonderful. Angela got there quick, loaded and safely home for a very reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about them! Thank you so much!!!

I had got a flat tire & Angela came to help me, the tires on my car aren’t exactly easy to work with. Josh went above and beyond his job, he took his own personal time to help his co worker and I. Josh got me back on the road safe! I can’t express my gratitude towards Josh and Andy’s Wrecker towing, you guys are awesome!

The gentlemen that helped me was a class act! I cannot remember his name now, but please look it up and give him a positive note! Great service, amazed. Also your receptionist is a doll, so nice.

I was broke down 2 hours from home, so I called Andy's.

Josh was to the minute on when he said he would be there, he snagged my Audi and took me to the only shop in town who worked on German cars. Don't hesitate to give these guys a call with your wrecking needs!

Josh is at the very least an 11/10 on customer service. No joke this man carried two cat litterboxes (and more) at least the length of a football field, multiple trips to my hotel room, in below freezing temps after the car broke down outside of Waverly. No way that's part of the job description. One of the kindest people I have ever met. I always knew midwesterners were nice but Josh is on another level. Wouldn't even accept my tip. You saved our trip! God bless you.

Thank you for helping me out. I needed my car towed from Ottawa to Lawrence, Josh was my tow truck driver. He was prompt on time and personally called my repair man for instructions on where to place my car. He was very respectful of my vehicle (my husband is not even allowed to drive it) and he kept the cab of the truck warm for me. Thank you again!!

The lockout was very fairly priced. We got an estimate on what it would cost for a potential tow home and that was a fair estimate!
Although we did not use the towing services, they will be the 1st I will call if I need help in the area!

We were on our way home from buying a truck in Lawrence and it broke down, husband fixed it then it locked the keys inside (I was following-- was not a fun adventure lol), Dustin rescued the day!

My experience started out with calling Andy’s Wrecker and I almost instantly got an answer and I also got a quick response to when I could get my car towed. Also the price was very reasonable even through I was bring the car across Ottawa. Thank You Josh for helping me, you were very helpful and understanding of what I needed done!

Our car broke down on our trip home from our vacation to Texas. We were 60 miles from home on a Friday evening. We had been on the road for 12 hours and only wanted to get home. Josh came and loaded our car on the truck and drove us home. We are thankful for the fast and friendly service we received.

Tonight at the north side dollar general andys wreck an repair saved a old man's life who was also on oxygen tank and had a flat with no spair and no one to help him these people are 100 percent professional and 100 percent nice and I strongly recommend them to anyone who has car problems thank you andys wreck and repair for helping him from the north side dollar general and thank you Jeremy for helping us all out our thanks from blake and Valerie and the north side dollar general <3

I had a blowout on the I-35 heading to Ottawa and Josh came right out and changed my tire in a jiffy, but before he came he gave me a courtesy call to make sure he new my location!! Ver prompt and professional service!! Would highly recommend.
