Rex's Barber and Hair Salon

It was a great first experience at this barbershop! I asked for a bald, mid fade and Riley gave me exactly what I wanted. He was very nice, professional and always made sure if there were other spots I wanted trimmed. Best place to get a haircut/fade in town. Definitely will be coming back! Thanks again Riley!

Yesterday I went in to get my normal trim, and to also buy some new hair care products because I messed up and bought dollar 2in1 shampoo/conditioner and ruined my hair. There's a new girl in there who I can't remember her name, but she's super nice, and she is extremely knowledgeable about hair and products fit for your hair type! I used the new products this morning and my hair feels 100x better! It also didn't break my bank to buy them! So their cuts, their products, and their people, are absolutely wonderful!

I absolutely love this place!! My husband and I now see Joann because she specializes in curly/wavy hair and knows exactly how to make it cooperate and awesome! My husband HATES people cutting his hair, but he now loves going, as long as she's the one doing it, because she understands and knows what to do! I always have trouble with my bangs and finding someone to help me get the perfect feathered look with them and get the waves to cooperate, and she was the first to ever do it in YEARS!! My first time going, this woman didn't know me from Adam, but she was instantly so bubbly and nice and acted like we went way back and it was awesome! Also, I can never find anyone who can wax my eyebrows and shape them and make them look good since the person who used to do them for me moved away, but they done AMAZING!!! I give 100 out of 5 stars!!!

I wanted to change my hairstyle but I wasn't sure how to really go about it, the stylist was super helpful, knowledgeable, and quick.

Suzanne has been my stylist for over one year. She's great at what she does. Also very friendly, which makes each time I go a good and relaxing experience. And my hair is always cut just as I like it.

Took my 10 month old in for a hair cut today and was very pleased! Riley was awesome with my little boy and was quick and did exactly what we were looking for!!!! We will definitely be back.

Riley is fantastic with my son! He must use a little magic to get my wiggly kid to sit still for an awesome hair cut! He's the best!

6 year old grandson got a Terrible haircut at Super Cuts in Lawrence and Suzanne was able to fix it for the first day of 1st grade. Will keep my business in town next time. I need a cut soon and will go here.

Riley is straight up the best barber I've met. Never had a cleaner cut, and better experience in my 33 years.

All barbers are customer friendly, excellent at their craft. Been going there since 1978, even take my great grand kids and grand kids. Best place in town!

I grew up with Rex, Russ and Suzanne cutting my hair, I'm living in the area again 30 years later and so glad to see they are still open!!

Nice relaxing atmosphere and numerous staff so there's very little waiting time. Rex appears to be the only male barber and he and his female staff give excellent haircuts.

I grew up having Rex and Susan cut my hair. Whenever I pass through town over the years, I like to stop in and having Susan cut my hair.
