Applebee's Grill + Bar

Chili's has literally been my favorite place, my whole life. And to be honest in 42 years. I can never recall a dull moment at chili's. Where are there was ever an issue. Literally at any location.

Reviews don’t do it just this place is good! I got my food in like 5 mins and the servers were awesome great service!

First time at this location and Annabelle was my waitress, she is the sweetest and took very good care of me! Food was tasty and the other staff all friendly. Great atmosphere and relaxing meal. Will be back for sure.

Brock S. was a prompt, friendly, informative Waiter. He made sure my Salad came out right away so I could eat it BEFORE entree! Highly recommend Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp. Popular location being a College town & right off HWY.

Dylan and his staff were so incredibly welcoming to us when we arrived 13 minutes before closing time; we’d been traveling all day and were desperately looking for food. While I know we must’ve been a huge pain in their side as they were trying to close NOT ONE SINGLE employee gave us dirty looks or complained.

I heard conversations in the kitchen with the cook who’d JUST finished cleaning off their grill. When told that they had to fire it up again, there was no complaint or huffing. They served us delicious food that wasn’t thrown together in frustration like other places would do.

This Applebee’s should be used (and recognized as) a prime example to corporate of what EXACTLY 5 star customer service is. This team here went above and beyond for us and we were so grateful.

Dylan, Applebees should feel fortunate to have you as their employee; kind and patient workers like you who’ll still help others despite it being closing time are incredibly rare to come across. Absolutely wonderful team working here. Thank you.

Appetizer came on time our food came hot and ready just had too much to eat had to take some home but it was delicious friendly atmosphere greats service

We come here about once a month for date night and drinks! I absolutely love this location! They have a section for more open seating up front by the bar if you don't want to wait on a booth plus you get your drinks a little bit quicker I've found. Over the last 2 months our servers and bartenders have been exceptional! Even when they were busy and understaffed the service is still great! They make you feel welcome and like you matter. The male bartender with the black swoopy hair makes the best drinks! I should have gotten his name but I failed 🫣 all I can say is I know they only make like $2.30 an hour but some please give this kid a raise! He was helping more people in the restaurant than the servers and still kept up with drinks! Give this man some credit. We came on 12-19-22 just around 12ish so whoever was there tell them they did amazing!

I asked for a mash up of two dishes and they made me bourbon chicken and blackened shrimp Alfredo. Alexis was my server and she never misses a beat. Will definitely be back.

Excellent service, excellent food. Order was taken quickly and main course came by the time we were finishing our salads.
Our 2-year-old got sick half way through the meal (long car ride/motion sickness) and a new employee came immediately to clean up the booth seat. He was extremely kind and never made us feel like a pain.
We really appreciated our time out and the employees who stopped to tell us how cute our babies are :)

We got a new waitress and had 11 in our party on a very busy nightb(Middle school graduation)The waitress was amazing really wish I could remember her name. The rest of the wait staff was just as helpful and sweet. Food was awesome. No one in our party had any complaints.

We had the best service yesterday. The waiter was super friendly and prompt.
Our food came out quickly and tasted terrific.

So this is my favorite Applebee's.. We come here all the time and never ever had a bad experience. It's nice to walk into a restraunt and they know your name and exactly what you order.. Keep up the excellent work guys you are my favorite :) :)! Thanks for the late night walking in and letting us get food we APPREICATE IT ALOT!!!

Let me start by saying I have never been a fan of Applebee's, nor was anyone else in our group and we decided to eat here as a last resort. We were all pleasantly surprised by the good meals and excellent service. Not one complaint. We will definitely be coming back.

The server we had was amazing. My husband has an allergy to onion. They took the extra time to make sure none of the items we order had onion powder in it. Super sweet and very tentative.

Great service ordered a 8 oz medium rare steak with french fries and broccoli best steak I ever ate in any restaurant the fries and broccoli were delicious also definitely will recommend and will return with friends

I had a pleasant experience just the other day as I was dining with a potential business partner. I was pleased with the food and the service was on point. I dont normally give reviews but I must commend the hottess and bus girl named V a l. She was friendly, professional and productive. My belief is that hard workers deserve meritorious rewards and accolades. Ottawa Applebee's is a great place.

The greeter, waitress, bartender and manager were AWESOME. Everyone was polite, friendly and attentive to me and my family, they didn't miss a beat. They worked together to make sure all customers were served quickly and with a smile. A++++

Outstanding service and the food tasted great and above and beyond what I was expecting. We requested to be socially distanced for our meal since a member of our family has cancer. The accomodations were made and we we're so thankful. Amazing server and management thank you so much!!
